Absolutely the worst rental agency I've dealt with. Late responses to maintenance issues, lack of initiative while addressing issues and generally unpleasant service. I will never rent from them again!

Very poor communication, I emailed multiple times and called, my bf called and left voicemails twice. No one ever returned our calls. If you apply for a property and pay the fees, don’t expect them to actually help you find a home or get back to you in any timely manor. You schedule a showing (only after applying and paying fees), she stands outside while you look, you exchange very few words and leave, then nothing happens. The only reason anyone is renting through them is because there’s quite literally nothing. It’s upsetting to say the least. I understand there’s a lot of applicants but all other property management companies that I have looked at properties through are able to get back to me quickly, no matter the circumstance. People have families, people need homes. Please do better.
