Went to almost every jewelry store in Billings and chose Greenleaf's for the great service. Gabi was immensely helpful and patient, never pushy. It's hard to find businesses where you deal with people rather than with a bureaucracy, but Greenleaf's is one of them.

I have only bought jewelry from Greenleaf’s in my 17+ years in Billings. They are amazing people; very attentive to my needs. My most recent purchase of a Yogo Sapphire necklace and earrings for our 45th wedding anniversary was an amazing experience. Gabi educated me on the natural sapphires from Montana and specifically the Yogo. She was most helpful and provided a great buying experience.

40% is quite high for a consignment price and the sales associate that waited on mother was not very friendly or honest. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rude! Dark hair girl with big eyes! Rolling her eyes at me sighs when I walk into get a gold bar mounted on a necklace. I heard the person in the back that they need to measure it to get a better measurement so I cut the packaging opean for her to tell me she. Cant get that size so now I wish the other girl was working I would never go back if she still works there

I love the store for buying, and repairs. I confess I'm disappointed at the consignment fee, I would have sold with them at 30%, but since last year they have upped thier bite up to 40%. A bit much I think. And my ring is one I purchased from them years ago, and I was also told that what it would be sold for, is almost 1k less than I paid for it.i really wanted to go through them because it's a nice store with a great reputation. I'm just not happy about the fee to consign

Their reputation preceded them and they delivered on that reputation. I first went to them to have them look at some estate pieces. The sales clerks took the time to go through each piece thoroughly and explain exactly what I had. They also cleaned my wedding set (which was not purchased there) for free. I so appreciated the way I was treated, I asked them to make a custom ring with an opal I had inherited. They helped me choose the perfect mounting for my stone and I could not be more pleased with end result. They were prompt, kind, and fairly priced. I will go to them for any of my future jewelry needs.

I dropped my ring off, paid the express fee (which was so reasonable), and was promised my ring by the end of the week (a 2 day window.) i got a call and picked my ring back up the very next day! Mary was so helpful with sizing my finger, encouraging me to size down just one more from the size i originally had chosen and i’m so glad i did! My ring fits beautifully and i am so pleased with my whole experience! Thanks greenleaf!
