Recently bought my 2015 Road Glide special from these guys, can't say enough good things about them. Kurt definitely has a good team of guys that are passionate about what they're doing! Big shout out to Larry in sales for his good communication and fulfilling all my needs! I'll never go anywhere else for my Harley needs!

Ramona, Robbie and Larry facilitated the delivery of my 2022 Road King Special purchased through the overseas military program. There's a reason they are a preferred dealership as each one of them were very helpful and genuinely excited for me. I was so impressed with the overall experience and level of professionalism. I trust Grizzly Harley-Davidson for all my shopping needs!

My bike is in getting a quote right now all the guy in service department were good guys and helpful.

First off, I’ve had my 2022 for four months and still can’t get it insured because there’s a discrepancy in my VIN so the credit union and insurance company are lost.
The customer service? Forget about it. You get a motorcycle, that’s all you better expect, no deals or any frills.
Had I not wanted to ride through Montana before my 600 mile trip home, I’d never have bought here.
Never mind the 4 month wait for what they called a special order even though the same bike was on the showroom floor, they lost records of the deal by the time I flew there to get it.
I’ve said enough.

Friendliest staff I've ever met. Amazing store inside. Well worth the visit. There's also a drive-up / walk-up coffee stand in the parking lot that has great breakfast and lunch food.

They were extremely busy this handling all the people trying to get things done before Sturgis. I had an appointment. Pleasantly surprised that it took 2 hours only for 10,000 Mi checkup and a new front tire. I expected to be there for 4 hours not because they're slow just because they're busy but Mike got me in and out fast.

My overall purchase experience of my 2022 roadglide st was amazing the staff was great and very helpful I’d recommend them to anybody!

I was there today to look at some polar cats I think what's their call their ATVs. I hope I have that right. I waited 15 minutes nobody came over to greet me. The ATVs do not have prices on them. Unlike the Harley dealership in Spokane. They charge you for a bottle of water for soda or for anything while you're waiting. If I decide to buy one I think I will buy it at the Harley dealership in Spokane washington. This place was such a small. Nobody even came over to help me so I asked one person for the price of a particular ATV and he told me I would have to wait for a salesperson. Why are all the prices a secret? Well don't worry I won't be back

Was super helpful getting some parts for my harley but they won't work on my harley because it's to old. Ita a 90 heritage softail not that old what a joke

Hate to say it, but we will never know how their service is, what we do know is you can leave 2 messages within 3 hrs for service and be told they will call you back; however, NEVER receive a call back from them. We traveled from Georgia, were near this dealer, and in need of routine service on two bikes and one bike needed a rear tire. Called a few days before leaving Kalispell in an attempt to line up a service appointment

Instead of receiving service at this dealer, we were forced to drive an additional 300+ miles to the next closest dealer, Chester’s Grand Teton Harley Davidson in Idaho Falls. This location worked us in and gave us superb service. They truly treated us as if we were royalty or family.

Mike and his service team helped out my father in law with a bike issue Friday morning as out of town Travelers. Incredible service, thank you again for getting us back on the road so quickly!

Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend coming here for not only Harley but polaris snowmobiles, side by sides and the parts department are amazing
