Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center, West Yellowstone MT

Three wolves, a bear, and birds. They said there were a lot of bears, but when I went there, I only saw one.

Best place to visit to see Grizzly bears and wolves. For those who don’t camp don’t get a chance to see the mighty grizzly bears and wolves, so this is the right place to see them. The discovery centre has an entry fee $16 per adult and can be visited anytime within 24hrs from purchasing the ticket. They also demo how to use bear spray, bear habitat and how to handle the situation in case of contact with bears. (Should be booked early to book the slot). The entrance shows a display of bears, their first encounters, life cycle, museum kind of and then we enter into their live habitat where u see bears, wolves, raptors, otters, and squirrels (other species) that undergo hibernation.
It also has shopping area to purchase various items.

Great place when visiting Jackson, places to see animals these folks no where to look. Stop in it worth your time. Made my vacation just that much better!

Staff was very informative during narrations when animal feedings occurred and general knowledge of bears and wolves. I learned a lot!

Great place and a must visit especially with kids. Very well maintained facilities and well fed bears, wolves which otherwise might not survive in the wild for various reasons.

Nice experience for all ages. The otters are behind plexi and cool to watch. The wolves are best seen through glass. Watch the bears from the upper deck.

Not sure about the one-star reviews. My buddy and I had an awesome time here, the animals seemed well cared for, and staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up spending almost three hours here. Very much enjoyed it.

A great place to see rescued animals that can no longer live in the park, up close. Grizzly Bears, Wolves and Otters. Staff very friendly and informed. A great addition to visiting Yellowstone Park. We enjoyed our visit here very much.

A very educational experience. The staff was knowledgeable and the facilities were high quality. Bears, wolves, raptors, etc. It was interesting to see various animals up close.

I've never seen a grizzly and was in awe to watch the wolf packs. Don't miss this gem!

Lovely wildlife center. Animals look like they're comfortable and happy and you get a nice chance to see them without feeling like they're being exploited.

Great to see these beautiful animals up close without disturbing them. Good educational content for the general public.
