Both our 5 year old and almost 2 year old love their gymnastic classes! The open gym times are super helpful around holidays and breaks and birthday parties are wonderful.

The coaches are extremely nice and everyone is very helpful! This gym has a very nice atmosphere.

We have loved our time at Gym 406! The staff/coaches are welcoming and friendly to children of all ages. My daughters have been involved in the Preschool programs for almost 3 years. We have loved having Coach Casey (the owner) teach and lead them in class. He is very skilled with these young gymnasts! He has taught them many valuable skills that they will carry with them throughout life. The new sweet pea program that they are offering for preschool age children is very structured and gives young ones clear boundaries and expectations. We recommend Gym 406 to everyone we can! We love it there and will continue bringing our children there for years to come.

We were so nervous to start my daughter's very first gymnastics class and we immediately felt comfortable at Gym406! My daughter joined 2Peas and she warmed right up to our wonderful instructor and enjoys every activity they provide for her. They have kept it fun and challenge her to improve her skills every week. Thank you for taking such good care of my little one every week!

1 month into sweet peas with my 2 yo son! Exceeds my expectations! The coaches do an exceptional job instructing a challenging age group, with top notch equipment and level of instruction. My son is obsessed, and practices at home and tell everyone about gymnastics! His coordination, listen skills, his ability to follow instructions and interact with peers in group setting has sky rocketed!

So impressed with every aspect of this gym from our first text introduction to Coach Cari and how she introduced us to the competitive program without pressure, to the vastly improved communication system to parents compared to our previous gym experience, to the transparency of documenting skills and advancing each gymnast, and the quality of coaching and positivity invested in our daughter. Cari & Casey are dedicated to building a quality gymnastics program but prioritize the health & happiness of kids first and foremost. I love that they also work hard to keep pricing as affordable as possible, invest in quality equipment and also in the education of the coaches.

My kids do both cheer and gymnastics at Gym 406. It’s been nothing short of an awesome experience! Dedicated and kind coaches, quality equipment, and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Gym 406 has proven to be an excellent environment for our children to cultivate strength, flexibility, and body control. This Gym excels in motivating and guiding kids to not only boost their confidence but also ensures a safe and well-structured experience.

I started taking my children to Gym406 three years ago and while it was always a great experience, it just keeps getting better! The space is welcoming, updated, and clean, with an amazing amount of quality equipment. Better yet, the staff is friendly and well-equipped to train athletes of all ages. We love their toddler classes, open gym time, and even preschool services. I am so thankful to have access to this part of our community and can't reccomend them enough!

Not a fan. My daughters instructor would be on her phone while the students struggled to do the drills she instructed. She got easily distracted while the girls stood around waiting for instructions. She seemed to favor one student and critique the others but never offer any support or guidance. Very unprofessional. Sadly we will be finding a new gym.

Gym 406 has provided the atmosphere, skill, and equipment my daughter, in competitive gymnastics, has needed to improve and develop. The support and communication she receives has provided a healthier and happier environment than her previous gym.

Gym 406 has not only been the perfect place for my children to grow and develop their skills, but also has given us a new family. The coaches and staff strive to create the best learning environment for all children. Both my children have grown to see the gym as a "second home" and always look forward to going to practice.watching the change in their confidence as they achieve new skills is incredible, and all I can say to the coaches/staff is thank you for giving my children that gift. If you are considering gymnastics, cheer, or ninja classes I highly recommend Gym 406!

Fantastic in every way! The Coaches are passionate, friendly, funny, and effective! My kids have really excelled here. We have tried other gymnastics places, nothing compares to the quality of Gym 406. The new owners are incredible people who really love kids and gymnastics. 10/10, highly recommend.
