Just myself and my 11 year old son stayed here for 4 days. After we checked out I noticed they double charged me, on top of pre paying and taking our Hilton Honors points.
Called the hotel directly the front desk said I would have to take it up with Hilton Honors.
Called Hilton Honors, they opened a claim and said the manager will get back to you in a few days.
Got an email saying the reservation was changed by the hotel from 1 to 2 adults and to call the Hampton Inn manager. Called the hotel AGAIN, left a voicemail for the manager, Jeff. No response.
It has been 2 weeks of this back and forth with no reason why I was over charged $700, and today all of a sudden they came up with a reason.
Not one person I have spoken to seems to be able to take responsibility for anything. No one knows anything here.
I travel to Bozeman every month and am looking for a regular hotel to call home for a week. This will not be it.
4 days, 1 adult, 1 child, $1,246.54 plus Hilton Honors points for a Hampton Inn.

I do not like leaving bad reviews unless it is absolutely necessary.

Update: It’s been 3 months after leaving many messages and emails we had to dispute charges to get the money back.
VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.
The only response you will get is response to a bad review.

The woman working the front desk this morning is so cheerful and fun and helpful! Big kudos.

This hotel does look a little dated, some fixtures need attention, and touch up painting is due. Otherwise a nice clean room with comfy beds made for a good stay.

This hotel is very outdated for the price, room had flickering lights, scratchy towels, and needed renovation. It offers an airport shuttle but that doesn't run for the early morning flights. Front desk staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. Based on their recommendation, we were left with a cancelled Uber ride at 4am and had to scramble to find a taxi. Seemed like everyone knew Uber was unreliable except the front desk staff. Definitely don't recommend if you are using this as a place to lay your head before an early flight.

Room was old, cracks in sink countertop, dirty shower curtain, tiny refrigerator set on the floor, and missing grout in floor tiles. Towels smelled of cigarette smoke. Door was scratched and was finish coming off, needs refinishing. Staff was friendly and tried to help.

I stay at a lot of Hilton/Hampton Inn properties, this hotel is not of the same quality as most Hampton Inn properties. They have the face but the quality of the rooms are lacking. The staff was friendly, the hotel is basically clean but not worth the $190 a night rate. I expected Hampton Inn/Hilton quality, its just not at this hotel. It could be, by updating it.

Overall a great stay! Room was clean. The hotel is older and could use an update. The bed was not as good as other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The staff addressed my one issue and it was promptly resolved. If you are looking for a clean place to stay in Bozeman, I recommend this hotel. I would go back.

Hampton Inn in Bozeman is open 24 hours and located in a great location off of I-90, at 7th Street exit which is the main exit to downtown Bozeman, the complementary hot breakfast was delicious, and the staff members were friendly. My room was the farthest from the lobby so the WiFi was weak and spotty, I was dropped numerous times and had to sign in every time, so I highly suggest requesting a room closer to the lobby area for a better signal. Overall I had pleasant experience.

Very nice hotel to get off the road and spend a night or more. The desk staff are really friendly and professional. The hotel has a no hassle pet policy for an extra $75 and pet doodie stations in the the back.

Visited Montana for a wedding. The Hampton Inn is 15 minutes from the Airport. We loved the accommodations and customer service!

Well, the internet doesn't work here.still. And for 350$ a night, it's just unacceptable. The rooms weren't great, found a coke bottle under the bed. Service however was great. Max the front desk manager was understandable and remedied my stay and salvaged 1 star for them. Still needed to leave early and get a different hotel.

Family stayed here, the hotel overcharged them +$500 the day after checking out on false claims.

Staff was super friendly, and the room was nice. We only stayed one night prior to heading out to Big Sky for the week.

Mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, gross plug station on the night stand and internet so bad its almost comical! The owners have clearly given up on the guest experience. This place is a couple steps better then renting a crack house. I cant understand how Hilton can stand behind a property this bad charging $300 a night. Clearly milking the Bozeman location, it feels like it should be criminal to charge that much. The one highlight is the staff, friendly and helpful but it ends there and even they seem sick of getting questions about this place.

Paid with points, so I'm not sure what the price/value ratio is but the rooms were dated and the WiFi (when it worked) was awful. Really frustrated that the shuttle didn't run to get to the first flights out of Bozeman despite advertising as such. Staff was slow but polite and we appreciate the bottled water at check-in.

This is a hotel that is very noisy as far as people slamming doors and the front desk doesn't do anything about it. It also has never been redecorated it seems to be about around 1978 to 1983 for the decorating. The only thing I can say nice about the place is that it is in a decent location. It's way below Hilton standards and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anybody that is used to Hilton.

Great location. Very close to DT Bozeman, to airport and restaurants. The rooms are little dated and breakfast is very limited. Overall service was good.

The TV initially wouldn’t show any video. After unplugging it, I finally was able to see a video by randomly pressing a channel button. The owners of this place are so cheap that their TV service doesn’t even have a guide built in and the rooms are dated. Normally I wouldn’t care but for $320/night I expect this to work. Greed clearly has the best of this place.

I did not even stay there! I received a receipt via email thanking me for staying there and charged me $345. I called Hilton Honors and explained that I am a disabled Sr with a traumatic brain injury and just had surgery and I live in Seattle, WA area. I have not been to their hotel. They told me that they can’t give me any information and it’s up to me to resolve between me and my bank. Hilton send me the receipt with my name but refused to answer questions and treated me like I was a criminal. I had to get a family member to drive me to 2 banks to find out if someone used my card. The banks tell me my cards were not comprised. No charges. That’s great news. It would sure be nice to hear from Hilton Honors on why they sent me a receipt then 3 days later they sent me this questionnaire asking me to fill out how my experience was at their hotel. Well I spoke to someone there and they were useless. I spoke to Hilton Honors person for long time and was told to go figure it out with my bank. I did not even stay there and my experience with them was horrible! I could not imagine what it would bel like to actually stay in a place like this that can not even tell you if someone used your card after this hotel sent you a receipt telling you the hotel ran your card. Unbelievable.

WiFi was shocking. Cost me a fortune to pay for phone data since we stayed for three days. Never could get or sty online. Would not stay there again because of this. We used to stay there regularly before Covid and while the staff was great it was awful.
