I usually do my oil change at Hardin Chevy, and they get me in right way for my appointments.
Which is great!

Awesome place to buy a vehicle just bought a 2020 chevy 2500hd and they were very helpful and informative on the truck. They went the extra mile and put a gooseneck hitch in. They are also getting the things that where missing in the used truck such as the owners manual and block heater power cord. Eric Smart is an awesome salesman and I will definitely be doing more business with them.

Hardin Chevrolet has the best service of any dealership I've ever dealt with. They get you right in, they work and get the job done correctly and quickly, and it's affordable.

Update:
The unfortunate event has been addressed as best it reasonably could be. They have taken responsibility and paid for repairs and expenses. Further they are providing a solution to any potential future loss of value incurred by myself. In the end the outcome is satisfactory, all things considered.

UPDATE; The owner has responded and explained that they were out of town, which explains the slow response. I have been assured the truck will be repaired and my expenses covered. The truck appears to have been severely damaged. It went into limp mode and is set to disable driving. It appears the lack of air filter allowed enough dirt to be ingested to destroy it. Unfortunately, the error occurred with dire consequences. I expect the engine, turbocharger, and emissions systems are all destroyed.

Wildly irresponsible putting my $35k Duramax engine risk. I took my truck here for service. Even after I told them the air filter had just been replaced and did not need to be touched, they did the usual song-and-dance trying to get me to replace the air filter which did not need to be replaced. I told them no. 100 or so miles later, I had to put exhaust fluid the truck, and when I opened the hood, I discovered that they had not replaced the air filter and left the truck disassembled and unprotected from ingesting dirt. I called them and left a message for the GM and heard nothing back for the whole day until i called GM support. Then, 8 hours later, I got a call.

Hardin Chevrolet is the best! They go above and beyond when you buy a car from them. My car had some issues after I bought it and they were so wonderful about making sure everything was fixed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Needed an oil change badly, these folks fit me in without any grief, we’re so thankful. Very professional, only did what was needed, with realistic suggestions. Would highly recommend.

Our transmission went out traveling through and the entire staff went well above and beyond to not only accommodate our vehicle but make sure our family of 6 was well taken care of. We got our suburban back within 48 hours and were treated as family from start to finish. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Best experience we have ever had hands down. I bought a truck from another dealer in Billings. Had a few warranty issues that the dealer I bought from didn’t give me the greatest confidence to do the work. Waited 4 weeks for a call on the parts but never got a call from the dealer.
I took it down to Hardin Chevrolet and Robert and Jeff were the bomb. Prompt attention to the needs. 4 days and the parts were installed. Would recommend this place for service.

Wonderful experience and fantastic crew. We were driving through on a trip, and our manifold gasket blew. They were able to get us in right away and get it fixed so we could continue on our trip. Best customer service we've ever recieved. Thank you, Hardin Chevrolet!

My wife saw this 2019 pretty grey 1500 Silverado on the web site. We had just started thinking about my getting back into a truck. So on the way to Gillette we stopped and took a look. It’s a Z71 so has some whistles and bells which I like. Erick met us at the door. He is a great young man and definitely knows his stuff. We made a deal to trade in our neat little 16 Subaru. Next for the ok from Joe, a super neat sales manager. He gave his ok and we had our truck. It hadn’t been detailed so we picked it up on our way home. When we returned to the dealership Scott the finance man had our paper work done so we were ready to go. I might add that we have to add Scott in with the super guys handle. He talked us into the maintenance plan as our truck did have high mileage. Ahead to today. We returned for a couple of IOU’s and had again super service. Can’t say enough about the dealership. Very relaxing. Everything went smoothly. In and out of dealership in a little over an hour. Eric showed the kids the truck while we signed papers. Great people to work with!

Okay, this was 15 years ago but we blew up a transmission outside of town. Limped in here and they were no help. We had 2 dogs and on our way to South Dakota. Claimed it would take 5 days to get a new transmission. Right out of Planes Trains and Automobiles they told us we were f-ed. We limped the truck back to Bozeman GMC. They had a transmission off the shelf and had a mechanic to get us back on the road the next morning. I wouldn’t buy blinker fluid from these people (unless ownership has changed). 15 years ago and I still remember and tell everyone I can.

It took a while to receive the car that was already built but that was out of their control so they worked with us and the bank to help ease any delivery concerns by contacting us frequently with the delivery status provided by GM. When the vehicle did arrive, they picked us up at the airport as we flew in to get the vehicle and drive us to the dealer. Brad was wonderful to work with and they took good care of us. Sent us in the road with a full tank of gas and smiles on our faces.
