Bought a 2023 Bronco from Heberles, they Treated us fairly on this high demand vehicle, no huge mark-up over MSRP like most other dealers are doing.

Service department was excellent! Zach was super helpful and the mechanics did great work!

I always buy my vehicles here way better pricing than Billings any day and much better customer service!

Experience has primarily been with parts and service teams and both are down to earth and on top of it.

Had some trouble heading west with an explorer, they took the time to look at it and had parts on hand to fix it. Very accommodating, 100% satisfied

Bought used F350, and asked service department to Uncover any issues needing addressed prior to pending cross country trip.
I mentioned noise that concerned me as well as requesting fluid service, hoping maintenance would be up to date.
Post service found me $6000 lighter with
Same noise and two bad injectors that plagued me on trip and cost additional service appointment on east coast.

My truck blew some hoses near Forsyth. They came and took my truck and fixed it lickety split. 100% satisfied with the work and price was way less than I expected.

Slow, overpriced and worst of all incompetent. Should be zero stars. You’ll be throwing parts and labor at the wall to see what sticks if you take your truck in for service here

Better off taking your rig to willards garage in Billings for service in this area. They fixed the same issues herberle fixed twice over two weeks in half a day.and it was actually fixed lol
