My husband and I had been passively looking at real estate for over a year and would go look if the right house came along. I decided to reach out to Heidi to help me since I wasn’t finding anything like I hoped I would. I had thought I was doing a good job scoping out what was coming on the market but I was wrong! Heidi found us one to look at that I had totally missed in a neighborhood we had been wanting to move to since we set foot in Billings! In fact, it wasn’t until we saw the house in person did we feel like this could actually be “the one”. EDIT: I failed to mention in my original review that Heidi is a wonderful person! We put her through the wringer on our home buying journey. Multiple offers, inspections, home viewings…you name it. We came from out of state and Heidi made the entire effort as seamless as possible. She remained patient, kind and always took the time out her busy schedule to answer questions, phone calls, put in offers, etc. Even while she was on vacation with her family! It’s been over a month since we closed and Heidi still checks in on us and answers any questions we may have about the area. I really can’t say enough good things about Heidi!

Heidi is amazing! We had a little trouble with the first house we initially thought we were going to buy and we were also incredibly picky and high maintenance at times haha. But Heidi was nothing but patient the ENTIRE process and never once acted annoyed when things didn’t go smoothly or when we changed our minds on things. She bent over backwards to have our backs and went above and beyond on many occasions throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about her. Highly recommend her for the purchase of your home! She’s wonderful!

Our home purchase went very smoothly. We described what we wanted in a home, and how much we were willing to pay. Then, we bought the first house Heidi showed us. We closed escrow very quickly. After going through the sale of our previous home and all the stress that went with it, we were relieved our purchase went so well. Heidi was there for us every step of the way.

My family and I relocated to Billings from out of state and we couldn’t have done it without Heidi! We flew in for a couple days to do some house hunting and she had our day planned out perfectly. After just one day we found our new home and Heidi handled everything for us after that. Even after closing she’s still helping us wrap everything up. Heidi was amazing! She worked with us from day one to figure out what we were looking for, what our budget was, and what part of town we wanted to be in. Then she was off! She was patient with us the whole time (several months) and continued to send properties to us to review. Even with us being out of state at the time, she would do walk throughs for us and never got sick of our questions. When we finally found the one we were looking for, she was on top of it! She helped us be the first to walk through, first to make an offer, and got it accepted that same night!

Heidi was amazing! She was very professional and her communication was excellent. We were on a short time table for finding a house and had no prior knowledge of the area. We gave some vague guidance over a couple phone calls and Heidi set us up with exactly what we were looking for, coordinating a showing schedule over two days with over 20 homes. We were able to tour homes, make an offer and head back out of town, all in the same weekend. Once under contract, Heidi went above and beyond with setting us up with an inspector and carpet company, coordinating both companies to get in the house and complete their work. She really was our advocate in a town we didn’t know anyone and she made it possible to meet our short timelines. She continued to work on our behalf all the way to closing day, making the process essentially stress free. She is incredibly professional and competent in her work and is a fun positive person that guides through the process.
