Hilton Garden Inn Billings reviews
18All good, no complaints other than hearing train horns during the night, but I think that will be the case anywhere in Billings.
I was charged twice for the room, once by the website (Hilton Hotels) and once by this hotel. Apparently, they don't talk to each other. So, now my only option to resolve it, is to dispute it with my credit card company, and that is always a pain in the!
On an upnote, Kathy, who runs the bar three nights a week and is the breakfast server 7 days a week is a gem.
Next time I will stay across the street and walk over to the bar and grill.
We stayed here two nights and attended a banquet hosted by the hotel. This is a clean comfortable and well run hotel. What impressed me most though was the people on the staff. It was apparent that they were short-staffed. We kept seeing the same people working different shifts. Nevertheless they were always helpful and friendly as well as efficient and professional. Kudos to the staff!
I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Billings very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. I had no complaints whatsoever.
We have stayed at this particular hotel several times. We like it because Hilton is consistent. Clean rooms, welcoming staff, inviting pool area. We had breakfast 2 mornings, mainly because it was convenient but to be truthful, this is the only area that could use improvement. But there are other restaurants close by.
The lobby is welcoming and kept very clean. This hotel does have a few years on it now, so the the rooms, though clean & comfortable, could use a bit of freshening up. But we will continue to stay here.
Location is excellent for a bit of shopping& dining.
We held our daughter's wedding reception here and it was absolutely amazing! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating in making it perfect!
Lobby guest experience: bar/restaurant: . I'm going to start with the super friendly Ms Amanda who took my order at the bar. She's so thoughtful and sweet, very upbeat. I called front desk to get name of chef, Beth, and wanted to include her on this review. I ordered enchiladas, normally only eat half of a meal but it was so great I had the whole thing. Thank you! Front desk was super professional and prompt, hotel is spotless, room is ideal. Very very clean. Thank you team Hilton! I appreciate the hospitality.
The rooms are spotless and the bed is very comfortable. Quiet. My breakfast this morning was not so good. The egg or something on the avocado toast was quite sour. Yuck. The room rates a 5 but breakfast rates a 0.
Called to ask about WiFi connection, was told they don’t have any of the room types. I was confused and asked what they meant and I think his name was Richard hung up.
Friendly staff. Very clean building and property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is probably the cleanest I've ever seen. Plenty of conference rooms and located near plenty of restaurants.
I have stayed here a few times and had a great experience. However this last time we stayed for one night and I woke up with bites all over my arms. Not sure if bed bugs or something else, but still disgusted me as this never happened to me anywhere! $170 for a room and only got $50 off. Will not consider this hotel again, after staying here plenty of times.
Newer Hilton and I must say that it is one of the nicest ones that I have been to. They also have a very nice Restaurant.
Abhorrent customer service. Was turned away because I didn't have a reservation, yet I was able to make a reservation on my hilton app while in the lobby. Chose not to stay here because staff was so rude.
Great place to stay. Wonderful on site restaurant and "mini bar"-note it is just beer and wine. Staff went above and beyond.
Great check-in. Hotel is clean, services are open and I live it that this Hilton hotel is not bowing to the bloody mask and closing services to long-time Hilton patrons.
Rooms were modern and clean, freindly staff, typical nice Hilton but they did not have breakfast which was a major turnoff to me. For $150/ night an egg and a donut would have been nice. Will not be returning to this one.
After a long day in a moving truck, we were so happy to pull into the Hilton Garden Inn. As a trusted brand, we were very excited about our stay. The hotel had space for our huge truck (in the bus parking). The lot felt safe, and it was well lit.
The employees at the main desk were pleasant and helpful. Also, they were wearing masks or face shields which set our minds at ease. There were also plexiglass barriers. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a suite. Shortly after arriving in our beautiful room, Christy texted to check on us. Obviously, we were so happy!
Our room was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked, like all Garden Inn hotels. My partner wasn't a huge fan of the mattress, but I slept like a log.
We used our My Way benefit for breakfast. Denise took our to-go order. She was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my huckleberry French Toast and my sweetie gave his Eggs Benedict a thumbs up.
Overall, we were delighted. We highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay.
Staff was Very kind! Well done and nice rooms, dirty clean, Bed was comfortable but never as comfortable as your home bed for sure, Well done bed and breakfast as well love the breakfast for sure. Swimming pool as well.
