Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell reviews
17I love staying at Hiltons, but this particular one had a rock hard bed. My husband and I tossed & turned all night. I had to sleep sitting up in the chair for a good portion of the night to get some rest. We both had terrible back pain. Loved everything but the bed.
Spent 30 mins trying to call this location. Seems like phone is off the hook. Update, 35 mins later and still same problem.
The hotel was beautifully designed! The guest rooms were comfortable and cozy, and I especially appreciated the reading lamps. A special touch! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Kalispell.
1. I had to request my Hilton Honors Gold benefits. Then, instead of a $10 per day credit, I was given a one time $10 credit. 2. Upon checking in I was told the restaurant is closed. Had I known that, I would’ve gone somewhere else. 3. The room was absolutely filthy. Management for the most part corrected that on day two. 3. For what I received, the rate was exorbitant. Two weeks prior I stayed at the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans for considerably less per night, and it was world class.
Clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly, but I ended up with someone else's bill during checkout.
My wife and I had a last minute check in and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and got us our room within a couple minutes. The room was extremely clean and felt great. A/C and TV worked wonderfully, there is a great bar, casino and restaurant as well. There are 2 gyms, a pool and a hot tub.
While checking out, the Mitch the manager, wanted to make sure we had a great stay and that everything was to our standard. He was extremely helpful and professional.
We will definitely be returning, and making this our hotel of choice while in Kalispell. Would recommend to anyone 10/10/
We had issues.
We had some relatively big issues, but as noted below, they were eventually resolved.
Great place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Just don't expect too much friendliness from Faith, you'll be fine.
For $400 per night you have to ask for daily room service! Even then it was not done when requested. The breakfast buffet was no better than other places we have stayed. The hotel is next to an airport strip so private planes landing and departing woke us up in the morning. The staff was friendly.
It's a Hilton garden inn. You get what you expect. The hotel is well managed and service is great.
Huge Thank You to the front desk men for helping our children's center be able to stay the night. Our kids loved every minute we were there. So did I.
Close to a GA airport so this was pretty noisey at times, but on the whole, a solid property. Despite selecting a room via the Hilton app and indicating an arrival time, it took two hours to have the room ready. No excuse. Hilton app continues to disappoint. HGIs are always decent. A hotel restaurant and bar would have been nice.
Stayed as part of a fishing trip. Chartered a plane out of Kalispel City Airport. This hotel could not have been closer as it shared a parking lot.
Clean rooms, reasonably priced, plenty of parking, and overall just a great place to stay when you're in Kalispell. We would definitely stay there again.
Made a reservation on July 10.however it was booked wrong. We stayed two days and was promised the error would be corrected now they are trying to charge for the original reservation also. I called the desk and they were of no help. They gave me Steve the managers phone number and he won't answer plus his voice mail isn't set up. Now neither he or the desk will answer the calls. I am not paying for a room we will not use. They have had two weeks to book the room. Today 7/28 I finally got the manager. It was a total waste of time.not only did he do nothing he kept calling me sir. I have called the credit card company and protested the charges.
They have rooms listed on their website that don't exist. Booked a room with a hottub from the Hilton website to find a nice big room, just no hottub. Bring your room towels to the pool because they don't replace them.
When we arrived the key to our room didn’t work. After several re-key attempts we finally convinced the front desk to just change our room. Turns out the lock to our original room was broken.
After dinner we returned to power tools rattling throughout the room for over an hour after 9pm while we were trying to rest before heading to the airport in the morning. The front desk staff had no idea what was going on and was dismissive and unhelpful.
This hotel isn’t particularly convenient to anything in town, the airport, or the park. Nothing is walkable.
Seemingly some management and infrastructure issues. Will never stay here again.
That said, the room was a good size and clean.
