Love the suite style rooms, clean, courteous staff, welcoming place. We usually stay here when visiting Montana.

NO upgrades at all for ANY IHG customers, including Spire members even though there is availability. Taylor's said it's the managers orders, that makes this property NOT an IHG hotel in my opinion, Besides that, everything was nice, but I paid for an IHG experience, didnt get it here. Thanks Taylor.

Rooms were clean and spotless! Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice, had a great view of the mountains on the 4th floor. However the room I was in lacked a refrigerator. Ended up going next door to Walgreens to purchase a cooler and fill it up at the ice machine on our floor. As a former IHG employee I was overall very impressed with the property.

This review is for their 4th floor two queen and sofa bed suite. I checked in after midnight after a 20 hour drive, so I failed to take pictures for this review as I normally would, but this hotel was AMAZING! Last time we stayed at the slightly more expensive Fairfield inn and suites just a few blocks away, which was nice, but this one cost a bit less, and we liked it better.

This was certainly a SUPER CLEAN, spacious, 5 star hotel. What I loved, was all the room, and the separate bedroom for the kids. You come into the suite, and it's a living room with TV and with recliner type chair, and sofa that turns into a bed for the kids, (one that DOES NOT have uncomfortable metals springs poking your back like many folding couch beds do).

Then kitchen was on the left with everything you'd expect from a top tier hotel, including microwave, mini fridge with freezer, sink, and even one of those pod single coffee cup making machines.a Keurig with lots of pods. We didn't use any, but I've never seen that in a hotel room before. The spacious and clean bathroom was on the right.

Then you went through the full size shutting door to the back room and the beds were new and very comfortable, with LOTS of room for all the luggage we had. The view was nice too, and I LOVED that if you shot the blinds, you couldn't tell that it was daytime, which made sleeping late very easy, which was good because we went to bed so late the night before. Even the kids had no idea id was morning and slept late because it was SO QUIET on the 4th floor.

I highly recommend this hotel. The pool and spa were both open for 10 people at a time too, and the kids enjoyed that. Generally we haven't been staying at the holiday inn express hotels, but we will certainly consider them more after this stay.

Enjoyed staying in a beautiful king suite, however we found that the air-conditioning did not work properly during the night.

So disappointed. We reserved a night. Our plans changed. We called the hotel to confirm moving the reservation and were charged anyways. So we paid $145 TWICE.

Then "the truck didn't come in" so the amazing breakfast consisted of muffins.

One of the many reasons our choice was always Holiday Inn Express was value, room + excellent breakfast. So $50 for breakfast at a café in addition to the overcharge. $200 of unacceptable and unexpected additional charges.

I called to discuss with staff. And was told nothing we could do.

Value was NOT there. Save your bucks and choose someplace else.

(We also appreciate the consistent comfort and cleanliness throughout the brand. This was good as always.)

A great hotel with decent amenities that is close to restaurants and lots of shopping. The rooms are nice and had no issues booking ahead the staff and housekeeping crew keep a first class operation going despite some mild restrictions due to COVID-19. Thanks Holiday inn Express for a nice place to stay.

Shower and facet doesn’t work properly, and I couldn’t get the hair conditioner! J have been traveling now so I stayed 10 different holiday inn, it’s first time having no good experience. I don’t recommend this place definitely.

Biggest problem was the rudeness of the front desk guy in the morning. This over weight guy was also very lazy and rude. They offered food in the morning, but were told to pick it up in the lobby and take it back to the room the night before. But when my fiance went to get food there was no food. So he waited for the front desk guy who was hiding in the back talking away. When the cleaning lady got him, he rudely pointed it over there in the bowl. So my fiance replied that it was empty. And the desk guy ignored him. So my fiance asked could he check and see if they had any in the back and the cleaning lady responded to the desk guy you better get to hopping. Just pitiful customer service skills and laziness going on here during the day not like the evening desk clerk was way nicer. Somewhat clean. Many surfaces were not wiped. Also no pool access at this time cause of covid.

Clean and nice. Covid restrictions but still offered a variety of packaged items for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Great place! Beautiful site. Huge variety of hot breakfast bufget - Biscuits & Gravy, Veggie omelets, sausage links, cinnabon cinnamon rolls, much more. The room was roomy and clean. The pool area was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you. I highly recommend.

Really awesome customer service, delicious breakfast, well made rooms, spacious pool and spa, great location. I'm not sure about value as work booked the room.

Room was clean, service was nice. Bed was like a brick though. The breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel breakfast.

Beds were pretty decent, but we may have been so tired from traveling. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Taking a star off because there was not a microwave in the room, just not convenient but not the end of the world. Had decent snacks for sale. Breakfast the next morning was pretty good!

Very clean hotel, free breakfast was incredibly good, pool and spa are very nice as well. Modern design is quite desirable as well as the high speed free WiFi.

Stayed at the hotel while driving through. Very clean, soft sheets, comfortable beds, and probably one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel for a while. Staff was very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was right off the interstate, so easy to get off and back on. Through hotel was very appealing from the outside. The insidea was very well kept up and beautiful. The front desk help were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. We look forward to staying there again.

One of the best hotel facility where we have stayed. The only problem we encountered (which the hotel has no control) was the significant difficulty in finding the hotel. This is crazy since the hotel is less than a mile from highway. Crazy GPS coming from north of Butte

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options for protein. The coffee was definitely the low point as it tasted burned. The pool was extremely echoey and could stand some improvements to reduce the sound reflections. The room was very nice as well.
