The best customer service of any hardware store I've ever been to. All their employees are helpful and friendly, but Troy is the absolute best. We like to DIY everything, and sometimes (who's kidding, almost always) we don't know what we're doing and he has known each time how to help us get the job done. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable; highly recommend.

Well getting disappointed paid for an item two weeks ago. Having to wait another week. Was not a cheap item.
