Jalisco Mexican Grill reviews
16Kind of dirty, food was just ok. Margarita tasted like watered down juice, and rice was old and crunchy.
Best Mexican food in Helena and the most authentic. It can be challenging to find a legit Mexican place in Helena. Don't hesitate to go with here.
Truly, the best. I’ve never been disappointed. Take out is always super fast. The one time we dined in my son spilled water and the server was quick to help and didn’t act annoyed at all. Will continue to go because literally everything we order is amazing, and the staff seems so easy to work with and accommodating. Thank you!
Frist time ever went to this place and a bad experience with the food I asked sour cream and guacamole on my food and what happened it’s not there too salt in my food
Great authentic taste, not American imitated Mexican food. You won't leave hungry, these plates are full!
Food was great and the service was fast and friendly. Portion sizes are BIG. The rice was very flavorful but the beans were a little under seasoned, perfect if you pair the two.
I've been here about 4 times and it just keeps getting better and better. Love the staff, they are super!
Ordered steak burrito with no rice, no beans. Drove back 2nd time. They said they would fix it. I get home and burrito has rice and beans. I called they asked what I would like to do about it!? I'm not driving back a third time. I'll pass the word around town to go somewhere else. Staff must be on drugs!
The food was awesome! I had the Plato con arroz and it was delicious! Our server Angie was on top of it and made sure everything was full and delicious!
Great place to eat! The food was good and service was really great. Our server was attentive and very kind. It was a little chilly inside the restaurant, almost like the heat wasn’t working, but it’s Montana so that can be expected. Definitely would recommend for others to try!
I had 3 chicken tacos and a Tamale and the best part of the meal was the beans, rice and the salsa that came with the chips.
The chicken was dry and didn't have a taste and the Tamale was a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10.
We recently stopped in for the first time, and I can easily say this is our new favorite Mexican place in Helena.
Our server was friendly and attentive. The portions were generous for the price. And the food? Delicious.
They make their own hard taco shells. The carne asada was flavorful and tender. The tamal was top-notch. I also appreciate that you can get a side salad instead of rice and beans.
Stop by if you are in the mood for hearty Mexican fare. We will be back!
The food was not up to standars it was horrible. I am Mexican and this is not Mexican food. The preparation and delivery took 1.5 hours and when I got the food it was cold. I called the restaurant and the manager working today told me I will not be getting a refund and it was not up to her why it took so long to prepare. Never ordering from here again.
Always have great food and service. Usually busy but we get in and seated quickly. Been at least 10 times and left happy and full every time. If you like Melaque, you should like Jalisco.
Great Authentic Mexican Food. You will not be disappointed. Food is outstanding, and plentiful.
There are a lot of options on the menu and the portions are huge. This review is meant to be helpful and improve restaurants in our town. The one star reviewer was right and the food was very bland and not very authentic. It was missing spices, garlic, lime and salt. We tried a few of the meals and they were all lacking in flavour. We wanted to be excited about this restaurant as we’ve lived in places with large Mexican communities, we’re locals and it’s hard to find good Mexican food in Montana, but unfortunately we were disappointed. To the owner: please taste the food, and use ingredients so the food can have the right salt, spice and acidity of proper Mexican food.
Edit: we had the chil verde, a chicken plate and beef burrito.
