I went to 3 different jewelry stores to have a battery put in my watch. None of them could do it. So I tried Jansen and the lady there got it done in less then 5 minutes. She’s my hero. I’m also having a stone put back in one of my rings there. This is my new jewelry store. I highly recommend Jansen

All the employees here we're amazing! Came in and found my perfect engagement ring. Was supposed to take two weeks to get sized but they surprised me and bumped me up since I have to head back to texas this week. I can't express how grateful I am. Getting to find the ring then wear it out that day was literally a dream come true. Thank you guys so much!

Friendly place. They did a repair for a total stranger on a sentimental piece. If I need something special they will be my first stop.

If you like cheap Chinese manufacturing and low grade diamonds to give your sweetheart, here is the place to go.

Highly recommend Jensens! The ladies in there are so friendly! I just went in to get a bracelet polished and little did they know I’d been a bit down before going in. Between them they totally lifted my spirits and I came away with a big smile! Excellent service!

Super frustrated and disappointed. Staff is friendly, but they don't stand behind their work. The one carat diamond fell out of my wedding ring on year 7 and they won't replace it. I had the warranty but because I can't produce one cleaning card, they say that is void. SHouldn't your wedding ring last more than 7 years? We'll be replacing the diamond and getting it fixed elsewhere.

Near perfection in jewelry repairs. A few minor flaws that only I can point out, but to others, my ring is more beautiful than it was! Thank you! Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. I WILL be back!

Wonderful service and friendly! While I was looking, my jewelry all got cleaned. I went in looking for an anniversary present. Anniversary was less than a week away and I had the stone to be used. Found the perfect setting and they got it in the next day asd their Master Jeweler was able to set it that day.

The whole staff there is amazing! I love them all! Trish has helped me pick out so many beautiful pieces. The goldsmith on site, Lisa, is seriously the best in the business. I am rough on my jewelry and she always has a smile, and the love for her job is evident in her craftsmanship. I will always recommend this place, best jewelry shop in the valley for certain!

First, watch was damaged then second and third times different person was charging the link adjustment service differently.

Very helpful people. I went there not knowing anything about a piece of jewelry I have. When I left I knew what it was about how much it was worth and they even cleaned it for me. I was very impressed with their knowledge and was even surprised that what I thought was a piece of costume jewelry was not.
