If I could give a negative I would. Last year tried to buy a side by side from them but the three salesmen were to busy playing on their phone and could not be bothered. I ended up buying from another dealer and now when I call about my factory warranty work they told be I need to go back to the dealer I bought it from and would not help me. I will drive 90 miles to another dealer before I go back to Jesco.

They broke a fastener on my snowmobile and told me not to worry about it and that I should just zip tie it back together. They have a customer service sign on their wall back by the service desk that they should pay better attention to.

Bought a transmission from them. Paid to have it installed. No second gear. Paid to have it uninstalled and shipped it back. Got the second transmission. Paid to have it installed. Drove about 1500 miles over 8 months. Now it's slipping in first gear. 0 for 2 on these transmissions. They won't so much as offer you a discount on shipping when they repeatedly ship you bad transmissions. Highly recommend not buying transmissions from them.

I was treated well and was helped by anyone with whom I interacted. I will say that I had visited a closer dealer (in Seeley Lake) and stopped in 4-5 times over 8 months and told them that my wife and I were interested in a sled. There were none available, and the people were very nice, but not once did someone offer to sit down and see if they could get me in a sled.

At Jesco, I spoke to Foster and he immediately had me sit down, checked what was able to be obtained, and got me in the Expedition Sport that I now have and enjoy.

The parts guys were always helpful. I didn't interact with the service department much at all, didn't need to.

If I could give negative reviews I would. Staff isn't knowledgeable about their products. Also won't give you torque specs. Spent too much money here not a returning customer
