They gave me some information about additional stuff that needs to be looked at but they don’t provide that service

This place was amazing and the staff was quick, friendly and honest. The gentleman who talked to me about our car was such a sweet guy. We can't wait to go back and get our battery. I would recommend this place to anyone

Went in to get a simple oil change and they ended up doing other unnecessary things to my car that I specifically told them not to do, and proceeded to charge me for it. Will not be going here again, was a rip off and I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of.

This place was great, reasonably priced, and offered lots of different services besides your standard oil changes.

A bunch of liars

I first went in for an oil change and they sold me full synthetic, they literally removed the corporate suggested 7,500 miles till oil change and put 5,000 instead. He stood there and said 5,000 is all full synthetic oil is rated for. (Didn’t care that much because I know what Full-Synthetic is rated for, and I foolishly thought it was just a misguided attempt to be safe)

Then I went back for a light installation, and he said ‘You have to go to the dealership for that. ’ Firstly I have had several quick oil change places change the lights no problem. Secondly, I just replaced them it is only 5 screws and 3 bolts, needless to say I am not a dealer.

I wouldn’t have nearly the problem with them refusing the service, claiming it isn’t worth it. Or them admitting, the corporate claims 7,500. But he prefers 5,000 for cars over 100k miles.

Basically they lie, instead of telling the truth.

Jiffy lube employees are friendly and the work was quickly taken care of. I have NO issues. That's guys.

I am always treated with such high respect from all members. They are very efficient and make sure I never miss something which needs replacing. I can trust their recommendations and I never go anywhere else!

They are so so so nice! I was having some car issues and they helped try and fix it for me and even stayed after to help me out! Highly recommend and very thankful for their kindness!

I ended up at Jiffy Lube because my usual shop was too short staffed to take walk ins. I was pleasantly surprised with the gentlemen working at Jiffy Lube on the morning of my oil change, they were extremely efficient and professional, despite sub-optimal working conditions (also VERY short-staffed). I hope they don't have to continue like this but I was very impressed by their demeanor and work ethic.

WARNING! - I was supposed to have a standard oil change. I am now in the process of taking legal action against Jiffy Lube for not putting oil in my engine, resulting in the writing off of my motor vehicle. They have not taken responsibility nor liability. I have documented evidence to unequivocally show their negligence- my own insurance company agrees (State Farm is awesome). Use this shop at your peril.

Team was efficient and friendly, listened well and explained what they were doing clearly. Price was reasonable

Great service. Very personable manager. Actually staff very willing to attend to vehicle needs in a timely manner.

Cranky people. I understand everywhere is short staffed. But venting on someone trying to check in is ridiculous. I don’t know why I have gone back there a time or two. Won’t happen again.
