Jimmy John's, Missoula MT

I love Jimmy John’s! I have been there countless times since they opened. I do take-out. They are incredibly fast, very friendly, & the sandwiches are always great! The ONLY time I was disappointed was also the only time I remember going inside to eat. It’s very tight quarters, very few seats. To be fair, we got there just as a small sports team walked in.

Dry and rock hard bread have been the last three experiences for me. I used to like Jimmy Johns because it tasted fresh. The last three times it’s been burnt and rock hard bread. I guess I’m done with Jimmy Johns. I can pay $10 for a fresh sandwich elsewhere.

After a bad experience 4 years ago I decided to give it another try. Last evening I went through the drive thru. Ordered a double meat turkey & cheese sandwich. The sandwich had old tasting meat and gave us an upset stomach. NEVER again.

I like the ham sandwich and the bbq chips. When i had the sandwich warmed in the microwave as it came cold wrap, the taste gets better

Sandwiches are not impressive. Little meat. No options for cheese or toasting the sub. It's maybe a step up from subway, but not much.

We were stopping here on our way home from Darby. Service was so friendly and fast! I would have given it 5 stars but when I walked in my feet stuck to the floor. Something must have spilled but it was on the entire floor, it was awful. Then my shoes had sticky on them when I left. No one was trying to fix it or clean it or anything

Had a great sandwich today. Great service as always. The entire store needs a good cleaning. The tables, chairs and floor are all sticky.

The worst customer service here. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Sandwich was also made wrong - missing avocado and I paid for double turkey and got a single serving. I asked for napkins as their dispenser was out, and the guy with the scraggly blonde ish beard pointed to a stack of napkins in his workspace, behind a counter out of my line of sight, that is certainly not meant for customers to reach over and grab but he indicated that I should grab them myself instead of handing them to me like a normal person. If the goal was to make sure I don’t come back, they nailed it!

Definitely not freaky fast here. Consistently slow and subs made wrong. Credit card machines are always down, unfortunate.

Very Satisfied with this particular location in Missoula! Staff were Very Welcoming and Friendly and the Manager and Delivery Driver are also Very Exceptional at what they do!

All I have to say is. The Vito! Ask for extra Italian seasoning and onions if you're a fan, find a comfy spot and enjoy! Don't forget the chips! I personally think the BBQ chips are best with the #5 Vito!

If I could give zero stars I would. My sandwich had rancid avocado spread on it. I called to have another made and delivered to me at work. The manager argued with me about the freshness of the avocado and then tried to charge me for the delivery. Needless to say I have had a horrible experience here and will not be going back. I likely will not patronize any Jimmy John’s location again since their company model obviously doesn’t value customer service.
