Jimmy John's, Kalispell MT

Large order ($100+) was placed ahead of time so they had plenty of time to make it correctly. All orders were messed up and when we took food out and came back in to get drinks (since hands were full) the worker interrogated us like we were stealing the 3 sodas we had paid for.

Great place to stop for lunch especially if you are in a hurry. I had the gargantuan and couldn't finish it and it was regular size.

I called to see if I could get catering for a business this week. I am spending a total of 14k and 3200k at the Kalispell location alone. The lady was unbelievably rude and refused to help with the order…. Won’t be giving any business to Jimmy John’s in Kalispell moving forward! Get better staff

We ordered 2 wraps and 1 tuna slim plain. Nothing was marked to know which is which. We got home and the tuna slim had no tuna. It was a start of a turkey sandwich. Only turkey and nothing else. Needless to say my daughter was not happy that she did not get her tuna sandwich.

Apparently they don't know how to make a BLT. After getting home I discovered there are snow tomatoes on my sandwich which kind of ruins the whole BLT idea. I tried to just choke it down so I called to see how to remedy the situation and I was told that I had to bring the sandwich all the way back in and there better be 3/4 of it left or they will give me a dollar, 1 whole dollar for their mistake. So now instead of working I have to drive all the way back in to get a sandwich that's properly made. It's not rocket science!? !

Staff was rude after they charged me twice for a meal. I told them about it and the I am guessing manager said there is nothing she can do as the transactions where pending. I don't care you charged me twice after I said it showed approved on the card reader and provided proof. Terrible service and could have been easily fixed on there side.

I went through the drive thru and nobody was behind me then I get my order they ask if I want cheese I say yes then I pull through get my order and they didn't even put cheese on my order, they also didn't have any other customers so they weren't busy but they still messed up my order.

A+ staff and customer service. Line moves very fast. Very clean restrooms. Huge parking lot for sedans and trucks

I asked to put my peppers not in the sandwich but in the side in a small plastic shot cups for to go foods and they said we don’t have it, I always order same food in different locations and they provide me a plastic shot cups with the lids.

Usually LOVE JJ's.however today my family couldn't even finish our sandwiches because they were literally dripping in Dijon mustard. SO much mustard that the bread was disintegrating and the toppings were slopping through- falling out. My son was literally gagging over the amount of Dijon that was put on his sandwich.and his sandwich wasnt even supposed to come w mustard! We almost thought it was a joke because noone would intentionally put that horrific amount of Dijon on something. We waited in line to return the sandwiches but it was moving at a snails pace and the woman who I assumed was a manager was griping at the cashier about needing to study the menu. Hands down the most disgusting slopped together sandwiches we've ever had at this location. If u like a literal quart of Dijon on ur sandwiches.this place is for u.

The dining area is always clean, the orders are filled very quickly and the ingredients are always fresh. Parking can be a little congested.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t let me use my rewards sandwich for a “24 hr cooldown period”… horrible customer service. Couldn’t even hear my order through the drive through as I’m practically shouting. Would give zero stars if possible. Don’t waste your time

Quick and easy for great sandwiches. Don't have many drive through sandwich shops and they get it to you fast.

Long time JJ customer, have spent thousands there over the years, mostly at the missoula locations. At the kalispell location I ordered a $20 sandwich. Then I asked for a cup of water and was told it would cost. 75, lol. I am repulsed by that type of stingy practice and any company that feels the need to nickel-and-dime customers like that is not worthy of a successful person’s patronage.

Not a good place to work. The management is horrible. One of the managers stalked me at my new job when they found out I had a new job. Now they're withholding my tips from me considering I didn't get them with my last paycheck. But they paystub says I made tips.

Great central location in Kalispell. Friendly staff and fast drive-through service. Food was fresh and hit the spot.

I love a good sandwich, but not much competition in Canada to be honest. Had the Hunter and it was made quick to order, presentation was well done for how quick it was made, and it tasted great, really hit the spot! Kudos to the North Kalispell team on a job well done. Now if we could only get one in Canada.

They are so quick! They are never busy! And the food is amazing! Every place around them will be slammed! But nope good old Jimmy John's is quick and never messes up the order! (:
