Jorgenson's Inn & Suites, Helena MT

Not one complaint! Room was very clean but the TV didn't work and they never were able to get it working right but we got a few channels. The service was excellent the location was excellent and the room was excellent well except for the TV LOL

The pool, hot tub area is an artistic mural wonder. There is a lift to get in and out of the pool, but we couldn't figure it out and with a little help from a coworker I finally got out of the pool when my knee locked up. The hot tub was much easier to navigate after a long day of inventory. And I was very thankful for the very accessible parking by the rooms and the wonderfully comfortable beds. They give out vouchers for breakfast but unfortunately I never got a chance to try them, but the little fridge and freezer in the room was big enough to put leftovers from the amazing Chinese and Mexican restaurants we went to and still have room for my iced coffee jug, my water bottle and they had wonderful chamomile tea that I made and iced in my 3rd bottle. It's rare to find a tiny fridge freezer that can hold all that and with being on the road it's those little things that truly make the difference.

I paid for a hotel room but I got put in a dumpy motel in the back of a parking lot. Not as advertised, the room was old, dirty, and outdated. This was a disappointing experience, don't bother with this place, you can do better.

Very nice at a great price. The rooms were comfy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worst Experience ever. My mother in law tried to book a room here while we were in town for a funeral. The staff was awful.my 70yr old Mother in Law that is on oxygen was told they would not rent to here because her Drivers License was from Helena. I had never heard of this and they wouldn't rent me a room either. Never go back again, zero understanding or compassion

We were not given the right room. They gave us this tiny dirty and gross room away from the main building. It was not a nice room at all!

Lock missing from door. Bathroom Fan broken. AC/Heat broken in first room (we switched). You can see they are under renovation, but it can’t come soon enough. Daytime staff is friendly and welcoming. Night staff was not.

We went to the restaurant associated with the motel, Family Roots. Great food. We did stay at the hotel.

I had a great visit here, rooms were clean, and the service was friendly. Our breakfast was yummy too. S

I stay here every time I'm in Helena. The staff are top notch, some of the friendliest, genuine people I've met. The rooms are clean and comfortable with very comfortable mattresses on the beds. They have an indoor pool and hot tub that is always nice to relax in at the end of the day. The room comes with breakfast at the attached restaurant which also has a wonderful staff and excellent food. Also, very reasonably priced.
