Stopped by this summer - cool little saloon just off the I90. They've got any drink you could imagine, pool tables and some good eats. I didn't actually stay in the hotel but the pics looked good and it's the only locale from Billings to Forsyth to stay overnight and I wouldn't be afraid to stay overnight other than getting a little tipsy in the saloon! Highly recommended

Exactly what I needed as a single able-bodied traveller trying to drive across the country quickly. Midway between origin and destination, handy to the freeway, priced @ $110, wifi, ac, very friendly "front desk" service on the phone and at the bar. Room was clean, check-in and checkout easy. Technically ADA compliant, but the ramp is long and the steepest allowable, and spaces in the rooms are too narrow to accommodate in comfort anyone with a walker or wheelchair. There's only one bed in that particular room, so not a good option if you're traveling with someone you don't want to sleep with. No desk, so not a great place to get work done during your stay, either. For a clean, safe place to stay briefly between long drives, it fit the bill nicely, and kind service is always a pleasure.

What a great little place, right off the main road. The rooms are small, but cozy and very clean. It feels more like a guest room in your house, rather than a motel room. The soft bath mats around the sink and in the bathroom were very much appreciated. The shaded porch with seating right out your door is a great place to relax at the end of the day.
Don't let the 'Saloon' in the name dissuade you from checking out these comfy rooms!

Came in to this sleepy country roadside establishment. It was clean, the service was fast and friendly and the burgers tasted better than most places we ate along our journey through Montana. Definitely going to make this a stop when we come back in the fall. Very pleased that the prices where suitable for our two burgers and drinks. Good to know we can get a great meal at a affordable price.

Came in for a bite to eat and ordered the special. The bacon cheeseburger was great, you can tell the meat was fresh and local. It’s clean and the owner is super friendly. Will be coming back.

Middle of nowhere and can’t even use the restroom. Sign said open to paying customers only. Definitely not your “welcoming” small-town vibe here

Friendly locals, homey … the Cheers of Custer, Montana. Kitchen closed but he threw a frozen pizza (which was good) in the oven for us anyway. Regularly closed on Sunday but open for the 2 big football games.

Get out go for a ride on the frontage road. Stop along the river at Pompeys Pillar and a few other spots along the way and stop here for a great lunch and wonderful friendly people.

Buyer beware this place is Horrible. Ordered two pizzas, a pepperoni and a Supreme. Soggy and left water on our paper plates. Server confirmed it was frozen pizza. Disgusting. My sister ordered a shot of whiskey half a shot glass is what she got, so she asked for a double shot.
