Small cool bar. Montana cowboy vibe going on. This is the real deal. No "YELLOWSTONE" posers here! Waitress was sweet and working her tail off serving everyone!

Delightful cafe in little Whitehall. Good food, fair prices, and good service. Will stop again.

We've been coming here for several yrs now. We have always been happy with the food. Now food has gone downhill. My favorite there is /was the chicken fried steak. The portions was big enough for 2 people. Now it's barley enough for 1 person. It's dried and over cooked. I don't know what happened. Even my husband's corned beef hash not good. Our server was and always has been fantastic. The kitchen is failing. What happened with the food? Still charging the same but quality is not good.

The food is mediocre. When busy, there aren't enough waitresses. On the bar side (nicer environment than the cafeteria side), the bartender is expected to cover bar, tables, and casino! You will need to flag down the bartender as needed, depending on which one is working. A few are new to bartending and waitressing. A couple blocks away is the Two Bit Saloon, which was voted the best chicken strips in Montana, their steaks, burgers, etc, are much better, as they use quality ingredients, make fresh cut fries, chips, salads, etc.

Honestly. Food was cheaply made then put a high price on it. My server was doing everything. Bartending, taking my order, clearing tables and was who knows maybe even cooking my food. Poor mangement there for sure. Came back to check on us after we was done kinda eating our food and then decided to fill our waters. She didn't even get my drink order right. If u get what u get then I'm not coming back.
Not really parking for all these businesses. No AC. They make their money off cheap drinks pretty much. Coz the cook can't cook.

Waitress did her best, cook berated and cussed out the Waitress, because he forgot one of our plates of food, he also cooked meals out of order, two large tables came in after us and they were served and left before we were served.

Waitress put on a fresh pot of coffee. Served my friend and I a hot cinnamon roll and a scoop of ice cream. Perfect with the cold damp weather.

Best in town more so than Whitehall's own Mexican restaurant.

I will explode if I hear the bartender tell another person how busy she is. Harsh voice almost everything out of her mouth is a negative remark. She slam dunks every empty bottle as to impress everyone how busy she is. I'll eat in the cafe next time, if I see her smiling face.

Never have I been so disappointed, I can't believe how low quality and disgusting the food was. 29 dollar steak Definitely find somewhere else!

Great food! Really trivia night. Ashley is an outstanding waitress
