Kalispell Ford

Dropped my Jeep off, check engine light I couldn’t get a code on to fix as well as a heater issue. They found the problem on the light pretty quickly but had a tough time with the heater. Turns out it needs to go to an actual Jeep Dealer to get the right electrical schematic to trace the issue. After having my rig all day, they only charged me on fixing the problem causing the light to stay on. Even though they spent a lot of time on the heater, they didn’t charge me a dime because they couldn’t repair it. That’s why I bring all our vehicles there when it’s something I can’t fix myself. Greatly appreciated.

Sean was knowledgeable, professional, creative with problem resolution, patient, easy to talk to, reliable, followed through quickly; all while being clear and focused! Christina was wonderful, used facts, applied no pressure, was timely, prepared and professional! This was a dream team and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone looking for a vehicle in the valley to these two staff members!

I have been in my 2022 Ford Escape for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! Jeremy spent all day with me offering the utmost amount of patience and compassion towards my situation and though I am late to share my wonderful experience with him and Kalispell Ford (sorry, Jeremy!), my word is good as I still feel this way months after my purchase! Mike was amazing! He actually brought the vehicle I was interested in to my job to test drive when my car was inoperable! He did all of the paperwork necessary before we even arrived at the dealership the following morning. The process was quick, easy, and the finance gal was very friendly and courteous. The vehicle was spotless. Mike even too the time to explain the functions of the screen to this boomer! They were fabulous. Highly recommended.

Most professional, excellent and "normal" group of folks I have encountered in my car purchasing saga. Car buying can be fun and thrilling, but it is usually a little scary. I felt confident in the expert handling of my purchase of a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. It is the perfect car for me and I am ecstatic, if that is even possible.

Was on a short road trip and had a message on the phone that the life of the oil would only be good for another couple hundred miles. Stopped at Kalispell Ford and before I had even started getting out of the vehicle when I parked in front of the Express Lane doors, Tucker came out to assist me. Explained my situation to him and he advised they were rather full with previous appointments, but if I dropped it off in the morning he would fit me in. The next morning I dropped the vehicle off right after they opened and just a couple of hours later, I received a call that it was ready to be picked up. So very pleased with the service here. Tucker was quite friendly and so accommodating in getting me taken care of while I was out of town. Very much appreciated the service at this dealer!

It was the worst experience of purchasing a vehicle. They left me with a 2500 repair bill from purchasing this vehicle cash out. Purchasing back in September still have not received title. I left the same day back to Washington after I flew out there to pick up the 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon when you remove the engine cover it was full of dirt there's no signs of an oil change a bad clutch and other issues the check engine light was turned off and by the time I got intoclutch and other issues the check engine light was turned off and by the time I got into Washington it came up with 9 codes never again

Nice people, and a great customer experience when I talked and connected with them. I’m not sure about their sales reps side, only having dealt with the service side of it, I basically payed $500 for them to tell me exactly what I told them when I brought it in, and nothing was repaired, despite keeping it over night. Again, friendly people, but the service quality, attached to the price was, in my opinion, unsatisfactory.
