Kalispell Point S Tire

Tim and the gang helped me get my tires switched over for winter. I was in and out in 30 minutes. As others have said, I was greeted when I came in, everyone was friendly, and they even helped me put my old rims back in the car! Would highly recommend to anyone and I will be going back for future services. Job well done!

I am a lifetime resident of Kalispell. I am a 71 year old lady. Never have I been treated so rudely and disrespectfully. I understand tire shops are extremely busy in the late fall but that does not give cause for such bad behavior. Customer service and chivalry are dead at Point S. The manager has such a bad temper he does not deserve anyone’s business. I am sure he will post a nasty rebuttal… that is what he does.

Real local shop. I literally have bought darn near every kind of tire and the last set of tires. Tim and Brad sold us out probably some of the best tires we have ever had. I also appreciate them fitting us in where they could to get our tires changed over this season. They look over your vehicle and they treat it with respect. But the bottom line is they are a good shop that sells good tires.

These guys are ALWAYS the most reliable and fastest in town! I've made appointments at other tires places that were over crowded and ended up getting skipped or wait hours. This place is quick and easy and they do rotations for free!

Everyone at Point S is so friendly and helpful! I couldn't find a working airpump to fill a low tire, they helped me out no questions asked! Didn't charge me and gave my son a hot wheels car as we were leaving! Great guys, will definitely return for tire service.

This is not the same company that I have been used to deal with. When I call to get a price because I have always purchased tires from them, I am told that they cannot get the tires and will not look up a price to get the tires in for me. Very rude and un helpful.

These guys make it happen. Everytime. They service all of our vehicles now. When they say you're rig will be done in 45 minutes. They mean 20. Service is spot on. Ordered studded tires on Friday, they said maybe next week. Tuesday the tires were in and ready even during the peak of people getting their studded tires on. Incredible. First come first served rocks.
