Service was done as scheduled. Normally I have no issues. This time when I returned to my car I noticed the rubber strip on the drivers door had been pulled loose. Accidents happen, but I was irritated that this wasn’t noticed before returning my car. I notified service dept. Ethan assisted and said it would repaired free of charge. Other than that, good service as usual.

This dealership is the best I’ve encountered in all the years I’ve driven a Toyota. They consistently go above and beyond and have earned a customer for life. They are honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout all the various departments. From sales, service, finance, parts, or accessories, they are always my first call. When I lived out of state for a short time I drove back to MT just to buy a car from them. It was worth it. As always, my last trip to service was handled quickly and efficiently, as always. Highly recommend!

The service shop at Kalispell Toyota actually took the time to look at our vehicle issue when we stopped in instead of just saying We will have to schedule a service appointment to look at your car. Wow. And guess what, it was a quick fix that didn't require a return shop visit. Thank you for taking care of us! Scheduled maintenance visits have been painless and quick. We are extremely happy with our Toyota purchase and service. Such a refreshing experience compared to another local car dealership purchase and service.
