I have taken my dogs to Katie to get their nails trimmed on numerous occasions. Like many dogs, my dogs become very stressed when it comes to nail trims. However, Katie's patient, sweet, and kind demeanor lessens all of our anxiety. Highly recommend!

Perfect customer service. Awesome job taking care of my cat, long hair, desperately needed a bath to get sheet rock dust out of his hair. I would definitely recommend to friends. Parking was a challenge. But, worth it.

I took my 12 year old boxer in today to be groomed for the first time in his life. I was very nervous since he is getting older, and I didnt know how he would act during the process. Katie did an absolutely wonderful job. She was so sweet to my boy. He looks so good! She took care of all his cleaning needs, and he loved her by the end of it! He was happy and content while she took care of him, and it made me so happy to see how concerned she was with making him comfortable. He will be getting regular groomings from her from now on! I could not be happier with the services she provided!

Katie got our doxie girl in quickly and took great care of her. We have been to other locations in Billings where we didn’t feel they weren’t as patient with our stubborn girl and Katie was fantastic.

My cat needed a bath. Katie took time to calm him and I think he actually quite enjoyed it! All went well and he's a happy kitty boy now.

I asked to have my cat groomed assuming it meant nail trim. She essentially bathed my little kitten and ignored the rather long claws. Ouch, to my furniture. She accepts only cash payments. She said she didn't have change so I ended up paying much more than this service was worth.

Katie was great! She was ready to go right at the time we had our appointment. She did an awesome job giving our one cat his lion cut so that he's ready for summer and was able to bathe our other Kitty who's usually pretty finicky. They both looked great and the prices were excellent. We'll definitely be going back to Katwalk Grooming!
