If I could give them a zero I would very unprofessional. When in for an interview and was promised a job on 1/2/24. But when I went in for my job that I thought I was starting for my first day on the 2nd they had informed me that my job was already filled. How when they are still posting they are hiring and enrolling 1-12 year olds.

It's ok I was informed that they left a kid unattended for 3 hrs. And also heard something else to the lines about a kid getting dropped and and he was seriously injured. Eek glad this is all out now glad I didn't have other bad experience.

If these statements are untrue why am I ready them at stated.

When I worked at chuck e cheese about a yr and a half ago they left a kid there for 2-3hrs by herself didnt realize she was gone finally answered their phones 3hrs later! I dont know how it is since that incident.

Yes very true this Incident happened since then we have changed our policies and nothing like that will ever happen again. The mother still brings her child to us if you PM me I’m sure she would be happy to speak with you about it she trust us that much. Every facility has its ups and downs but I can assure you after 25 years of being in business we are top-notch quality!

Please tell me where these bad reviews are. Last I remembered it was a freedom of speech. And Im a mom where others need to be trusted with kids and it seems like billings daycares have a lot of bad eggs

Its not great for a working parent or a child who may have individual needs. It's not open 6 to 6. I work until 530 and arrive 545 to 550. Told I will be charged for this. Felt that instead of being able to discuss this with them they avoided eye contact the next day, had the 30 day withdrawal notice already pulled, and sat at the desk and had a very public seemingly confrontational experience with me, which is hard as a parent trying to figure out work with childs needs.
If your child has regular therapies you have to call every day or they will take the spot even though you're full time. You cannot pick up and return.
The children do not advance to another room until potty trained. When asked why they were going through so many pull ups a teacher told me he hadn't been potty training as he doesn't ask to pee (he has a speech delay).
The only communication out is the sole check in computer in which there is often a line of parents behind you waiting for you to finish. There doesn't seem to be any loop of communication in and often even at pick up when asked about my child's day the teacher says they do not know, they were only there a few hours.
For several weeks at a time all the kids would do projects and my son would have none. When asking why (not accusing) nobody knew and many times was told it was drying but I'd never see it. Was told they cannot force him- young children are learning and I just expected more encouragement some teaching for him.

My kid went to kid Country for about 2 years and we loved it! The staff was always friendly and my son quickly adjusted to the new environment and grew to love going to daycare/preschool. Any concerns were promptly addressed and I felt like the staff truly cared about my son. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for childcare or preschool!

Management micromanages each other, they pnlt give a. 25 cent raise every year, they have ants, there is constant bickering from all ends of the workers. Kids get mainly frozen (yes served frozen) fruit for lunches, if the kids has a accident and doesn't have extra cloths, they'll stay in those cloths till someone comes with cloths or to get the kid. Just think if you really want that, last time that happened the child waited almost three hours, she no longer goes there and I don't blame the mom. Especially since they have extra cloths they could have put her in. Child nepotism happens constantly with management's children, so of you treat their kids equal get prepared to get in trouble. Sadly there is only five good workers and sadly those five can't run the entire building themselves.

My son has been going here for over a year and his teachers are amazing! I had a hard time finding childcare and the whole staff is friendly and very welcoming.

Scamming the government programs by refusing to accept children even a few minutes late so they can send Employees home but still collect the same amount of money

Kid Kountry goes above and beyond. They have helped my child grow in a very comfortable and inviting environment. I have had a wonderful experience with them.

These guys have been the best providers for my granddaughter since she wS in kindergarten and for a year or two earlier in her life and I wouldn't take her anywhere else! The school transportation is a HUGE help! Thank you to all of your staff!

I've worked at Kid Kountry for several months and live it. Every day with the kids is a fresh experience. Where else can you work and have fun at the same time. The staff is amazing and attentive to the needs of the kids and to maintaining a healthy, clean learning environment.

We moved to Billings over the summer and needed to enroll our children in daycare quickly. From the initial tour to enrollment, the Kid Kountry Team made the process easy/painless. We have a three- and five-year-old who LOVE it. The Director Team is always welcoming, greeting all of the kids (and parents!) by name. The teachers have been fantastic, engaging the kids in fun learning activities and caring about their wellbeing. My son is now in Kindergarten and he gets picked up by Kid Kountry every day after school. Most days, he thinks I pick him up too early as he is having a blast coloring/crafting or playing on their playground.

I am happy with my son in this daycare. They also offer a very amazing summer program which makes it nice to transfer from the school year to summer. The staff is kind and respectful and I appreciate all they do for the kids. My son has expressed he is happy being here and has met some really great friends.

Couldn't ask for a better place for my little! Every morning while we're getting ready my son says "yay, I love to go to school! " To know he's being set up for success in having a positive attitude about school once he gets to kindergarten and beyond is honestly priceless in itself. Not to mention how wonderful the teachers are with him, they clearly genuinely care about the kids, and I'm constantly impressed with how much he comes home knowing week to week. They helped tremendously through the potty training years and now are helping so much with spelling letters and numbers. I've seen a few reviews on here with the perspective that they're not great with kids with "bad" behavior, but in everything I've witnessed in 2 years there, it really does seem like they spend a lot of patient 1 on 1 time with kids misbehaving to explain to them why they're behavior was inappropriate and their expectations. I'm appreciative that they take the safety and wellbeing of their students and staff seriously, and knowing that my kid's not going to school and getting hit or bit by the same kid over and over with no teaching or anything being done does make me feel more secure dropping him off every day. I recommend them to anyone who mentions they're looking for a place. Thank you Kid Kountry!

I have worked for kid kountry for 13 months with a break in between and work at another daycare I went back to kid kountry an I love the kids even the challenged ones. The management staff is so pleasant I've had no issues. Great place to work

We just started here this week. So far everything has been great, the staff are nice and they are easy to communicate with.

Always friendly staff, even though they are always busy, I never feel like my time is less significant than any other parent. They have helped my 4 year old with basic skills he needs for kindergarten.

I take my nephew here and he really enjoys it. He loves the teachers and activities they get to do. They have a great play area outside and fun things to do inside the classrooms. We love Kid Kountry!

Kid kountry has taken care of 4 of my kids, we have ben going there for years, they pick up my 7 year old from school so i never have to worry, they are great with the kids and the kids love it there.thank you to all the employees

I started my 2 year old daughter after issues, at a previous daycare, early this year in 2022. I was nervous but the staff and everyone ensured me that I will be ok, as well as my daughter! I was beyond nervous to start a new daycare due to my daughter being far from perfect and being the kid that bit or pushed constantly. I was able to take her into "school" with panties on (since we were in the process of potty training). We were NOT allowed to do that at the other daycare. SINCE my daughter has been at KID KOUNTRY she has THRIVED! There are some morning where drop off is hard and I didn't know how to handle it so I reached out to a few of the staff for suggestions on how to handle drop off or make it easier. They were all great ideas! My daughter comes home HAPPY. She talks about her day, teachers, friends, if she was a nice friend (she says I didn't bite or hit). She even asks for her friends/teachers to come over or if we can go see them. I love that they are very active with the kids wether they are outside, reading books, coloring or playing with playdough. I can't express enough how thankful I am for Kid Kountry!

My family has gone to Kid Kountry for YEARS! I can not imagine a better place for my kids. As soon as my daughter is old enough that is where I will be taking her no doubt!

I could never give this place enough stars! I’ve worked here for almost 2 years and have never been treated this well before! Everyone treats you like family and we take child care so serious it’s amazing! I will never trust another center/ staff to watch my daughter more than I trust them!
