The vacuum cleaner is fantastic. The 3 day return policy and the local office not being willing to accept a brand new unopened vacuum, not so much.

P. S. Kirby does not pay employees for two weeks work starting the Job. They will not tell you this till they screw you over due to lack of professional training an content during employee meetings. They also say they have a $700 first two weeks for 15 demos. This is impossible to do starting your first two weeks at the job as a new employee. They will not tell you this an make you do work for them for free I'd you can not complete. They only do person to person visitations an sell Kirbys out of there HOME OFFICE witch is not allowed by corporate. Do not put your money into a $2,000 vacuum for them to lie to you.

Note* This review is strictly 100% for the representatives who came to our house under the impression we would get a carpet cleaning/shampoo. I did not set up this appointment, my fiance did.
The appointment was for 2pm, which they arrived on time but left at 4;30 pm. I only heard the demonstration as I was working remotely in a different room-open door. My fiance watched the demo. The first female 30 something yr old basically talked about the parts of the vacuum & showed why his kirby was burning up the belts then introduced the 18 yr old female to demonstrate the new vacuum. The older female left the residence saying she had to go buy some windshield wipers. (WTH) The 18 yr old demonstrated the machine, but left a huge mess of dirt & dust on our TV stand & end table. I had dusted the day before due to home improvements. She also talked about smoking pot then told my fiance not to tell her boss about the conversation! Young and dumb! Her conversation was more about her personal life & relationships than about the vacuum cleaner. First of all I would never have answered the call for a demo even if they promised to shampoo the carpet! The both used our bathroom- which I don't usually mind but had the demonstration not been 2 1/2 hours they wouldn't have needed to go! We've had contractors in our house for up to 3-4 hours doing home improvements & not used our bathrooms! These 2 should leave their personal lives out of their demonstrations & keep on topic of what their job is to do! Demo the product! Very unprofessional. Wish I would have taken pics of the mess, but was too livid at the time & just wanted it cleaned up!

Quick repair, not overly priced and I feel like my vacuum is brand new again!
