La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Billings

I have stayed at La Quinta inns several times, this was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. I wanted to allow my grandchildren to swim, I was told no unless they were guests. So I decided I’d get them a room, we came to the hotel to do so and found the pool closed, but wait people were swimming. I went to front desk and asked what’s going on, oh those people were employees children. Unbelievable! In addition my room the door doesn’t lock, I learned if you raise the door up you can get it locked. We were provided two towels for two nights. I’m sure I could get more but why bother, I’ll never stay here again.

Bathroom was not cleaned prior to arrival and all fitness machines were in various stages of disrepair. Plenty of better options at the price point in Billings.

If I could give this zero stars I would for sure. My husband booked a room here for our daughter, and her fiance who is over 21. After driving over 18 hours and arriving after 9pm they were rudely turned away by the Front desk attendant Tammy. My daughter called us exhausted and in tears unsure of what to do. My husband called the hotel, talked to the same woman, Tammy, who again was extremely rude. She informed him of the hoops he would need to jump through to possibly get a refund.
We got her a new room down the road with the Best Western Plus, 4915 Southgate Dr, Billings, MT 59101.
Where she was able to check in just fine, and they take pets with no fee. Absolutely disgusted by this experience.

So so so happy with this hotel. I had the worst day. Pets are free. Pool is great for kids! Staff has been so kind. Rooms are comfortable and clean! No complaints.

The guy who works during the day couldn't even look up from his phone to fix key issues. Forget about asking for anything too, because you're the inconvenience to him.

Right off the interstate, next to a restaurant and gas station. Service was great. I had an issue, they couldn't fix it with a normal fix but they figured it out and the substitute worked great. Always clean rooms. Great facilities and great lunch.

The rooms were okay the beds were not comfortable and our children had bites right after staying.

Great hotel. Very clean and nice! Great parking for trailers. They were so nice about the pets too.

Stayed 9/30-10/2 my som In law was severely bit up by bed bugs, this makes me so angry at this is why I don’t stay at cheaper places, at this point we would have been better off

Clean with nice pool and breckfast. Went to front desk for different pillows as cant do feather. Was told i could go to Walmart

Absolutely horrible service! My room stunk like mold/mildew, I mentioned it to the front desk and the brunette lady who checked me in had a scowl on her face. They said they would would switch me rooms but never followed through! I had to buy febreeze just to survive in the room! I will never stay at these hotels and recommend to my company we never use them!

Worst costumer service I've ever experienced. The lady was beyond rude that took my reservation. Then had to be the same woman at check in. Rude and no customer service skills. Called and requested to speak to the manager about the poor service, manager says what do you want me to do about it. Obviously the are use to providing this type of service. Would definitely never recommend or stay here again.

We had an excellent experience/stay, rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was clean and fun for children. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean but rooms were so hot, the thermostat was locked and I could not get the room cool. For $200 a night I should be able to comfortably sleep.

Would recommend for anyone traveling through Billings. Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff

Room was nice and good sized lot for trucks. Internet didn't work, whole hotel was out of shampoo, with no warnings about it until the water's running. 1st visit was great - 2nd. I probably won't be back

We stayed for 1 night in Billings, MT on our to Seattle. Excellent service, clean room and easy to get to. Will be staying if ever in area again.

It's a little pricey but I've stayed here on numerous occasions. Always good service at the desk.

They were slow to respond to our request to fix the TV. But our room is very nice! Clean. Comfortable. And they are very pet friendly! ️️️

Loved that they had a lot to accommodate oversized vehicles without hassle. Welcoming place & staff, great breakfast!
