Lakeside on Hauser, Helena MT

Great service and great food here. I was super impressed with the Buffalo chicken sandwhich and there were other things that were yummy too! The drinks are basic bar drinks, but you can ask for special drinks.

Went out to watch a football game or two on a Saturday afternoon. Relaxing great service good prices.

The food was laughable. We actually thought the waitress was joking at first with the Chips and Salsa that consisted of less than 2oz. Of salsa and what was left in the bottom of the chip bag, we counted 5 unbroken chips $10.00. My brother ordered the wings. 8 TINY wings in a basket $18.00. My nieces chicken fingers were hot on the outside and still cold in the middle. The macaroni and cheese was alright and the chili was good. I wouldn't bother going back.

Absolutely beautiful and enjoyable! Went to our HS Class reunion- all graduating classes in the 1980s from JHS in Boulder, MT. It turned out fantasic, although the waitress serving food was a bit unnerved lol
This was the 1st time in DECADES (wow! That's sooo hard to believe!) That I've had the pleasure to come out here to the lake, w/ the past 22yrs alone living outside of Coeur d' Alene ID. But they had amazing bartenders. 1 young man was pretty entertaining, suggesting a decent drink when I'd wanted a rootbeer schnapps, cream & touch of Pepsi they had no schnapps so he suggested a ' dirty little girl' hhmmm.that alone brought a few comments lol but turned out to be a great drink! Can't remember the ingredient besides RB pop haha but it's yummy! So thanks to the young male bartender who was working @5pm 8-4-23 you were awesome! Very personable! Great place to go. Will visit next time in town!

Had a burger and a Malibu Bay Breeze. They were super busy and short on servers, but who isn't these days? Live band was really good.

Lakeside has a great atmosphere and can be fun on a warm summer day. Unfortunately, there’s not much else good to say about the service or the food. Food is subpar—basically fresh off the Sysco truck to your plate; Little creativity or effort. Service leaves something to be desired—not very friendly or attentive. Prices are outrageous! $10 for a basket of fries. A good bar, yes. Not a great restaurant.

The pinned photo is the chili they served me. Be careful though because it can be really busy so be patient. You have a beautiful view of lake Hauser you can even eat somewhat by the lake! 1000 out of 5 seriously though don't think this is a forged review because it isn't. I'm from Arizona and in Montana to visit my aunt and uncle please take me seriously when I say they are busy. It is worth it though. Thank you for reading my review!

Nice place, but bartenders hassled me for closing out twice and preselected 30 percent tips for handing me two cans of beer. Nah, one dollar each.

I dislike leaving this kind of review when my dad said, “This place is fun. ” we went to see live music, which the live music was the best part. My dad asked for pretzel bites, and we looked at each other like it shouldn't take that long. I was babying my beer because I was wondering where our food was. Being a waitress myself, I was confused about how little we were checked on, except when our glasses were low. I went to the bartender and ask where our food was, but he never put the order in. He apologized when the food came out, but for an appetizer to take over 1 hour when my dad asked about it an hour ago is unacceptable. Waiters/Bartenders/Waitresses should double-check with people about food if they hold off a bit when they first get there. I know they make their money through tips.
Despite my experience, this place seems to get better service after 3 pm when there are more people on staff. I hope you have a better experience.

We just had drinks here, but the service was great. They were pretty busy, but that's the nice part. If you feel yourself getting a little crowded, you can just wonder outside and enjoy a beautiful Montana beach. (Yes, they do exist). My buddy has his boat at a dock right there, and took his kids out. Plenty for all to do here.

The staff here was absolutely incredible! Austin gave us the best service and had an incredible attitude! We had a very large party and he handled all of us with care and attentiveness. We will be back all summer! Thank you Austin.

Waited for 11/2 hours for a steak sandwich and finally left without it, ridiculous, extremely poor customer service

REEKED SO BADLY OF MILDEW AND MOLD INSIDE THAT I LEFT. ABSOLUTELY UNHEALTHY AIR QUALITY INSIDE. INSTANT HEADACHE AND WATERY EYES. GROSS!
