Ledgestone Hotel Billings

First stay in the Billings hotel. Front desk clerk very nice and accommodating. Facility was VERY clean as was the room. Very reasonably price and totally worth it. Will stay there again!

Property feels very modern and nicely kept. I found it a bit strange that there were signs up everywhere about not smoking recreational drugs on the property. Makes one wonder.

It was just OK.
The entrance is awkward, front desk isn’t available 24 hrs, and the security person is relatively worthless (they stay locked in a room)
It would seem that a lot of people use it as an extended stay place, which is understandable in today’s troubled times. I found that when I returned late at night I had to walk around people smoking in front of the doors.

The parking lot was clean and well-kept as were the hallways. The room is clean and well stocked with towels and stuff when I got there. The three nights that I was there. I didn’t get new towels, and my room was never cleaned.

So, at $140 a night I’d seriously expect my bed made and fresh towels.and to be able to walk in without passing through clouds of noxious cigar smoke

Very nice room, clean. Alot of conveniences full sized refrigerator, cooktop, sink and dishwear. Well appointed. Checkin a little off, but they were nice.

Fire your security company. I checked in late and a security guard did the check-in. One of the first things he asked is what I did for a living. He then took my debit card and ID to a room where he said he needed to make copies. After a while, he reappeared. I awoke the next morning to a call from Mastercard's fraud department. There were over a dozen transactions that were attempted overnight. This was the first time I've handed my card to anyone and it left my sight. I spoke to the front desk and they washed their hands of it.

Room was nice and clean.pretty.beds were comfy but soft. Only complaint.the only ice machine
is off the Lobby on the first floor and when checking into our room shoes come off and clothes to pjs.
And you cannot get to the Ice if you didn't have your key card on you. Good sheets and towels.

The rooms were amazing! It having a kitchenette is so perfect that way I can make homemade meals for me and my kids! Kristina is the most kind hearted person I have met since I've been in Montana! She's the general manager here at Ledgestone Hotel and if there is any issue or if you need anything, she is more than willing to help out! The staff including Joel, Tony, Amber, and Gabin are all amazing and great people! And so are all the housekeeper's! If you stay here at Ledgestone, I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL IN BILLINGS AND SURROUNDING AREAS!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The manager will smile in your face and stab you in the back take your money and give you 3 hours to leave and staff is horrible, they kick soldiers out! WORST PLACE EVER STAY AWAY.

Joel, at the front desk, was extremely welcoming, friendly, and personable! I am super impressed with the cleanliness and overall layout of this hotel. Roomy for sure, and the fridge, stove, and common dishes if you’re trying to make food! Definitely putting this on my list of preferred hotels!

Loud people in the hallway middle of the night. Stinky rooms due to the kitchen, dirty floors, bed are alright but not great, toilet was not fixed properly on the floor.
Well you get what you pay. Nice staff though

Very clean rooms and lobby! The front desk receptionist was extremely nice and talkative! The sheets and bed WERE AMAZING! Best linens I've ever had during a hotel stay! The room was larg, almost like a studio. Rooms had a full fridge, they provided dishes and cooking utensils, the bathroom was huge, and extremely clean! 1000000% would stay again!

The hotel itself is pretty nice for the price. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit dated, scuff marks on the furniture, but nothing too bad.

The mark downs for me was due to the clientele that this hotel had staying in it. Despite a sign that asked smokers to smoke away from the front door, two ladies decided they would smoke there anyways. There was also a homeless guy hanging out in the parking lot that asking me for some money. I felt nervous leaving our car unattended. The hotel mentioned having security, but I didn’t see anyone.

Wonderful people, clean wonderful rooms, beds are amazing! I've stayed here over 20 times!

The room was so nice and clean little kitchen was real handy on the main floor love the friendly service
