Les Schwab Tire Center, Missoula MT

Went in a month ago to get a tire fixed and noticed my brakes were beginning to grind.i asked them to check my brakes both on the online form and in person, where i was then informed that they always do a routine (free) brake inspection.after fixing my tire, they also proceeded to tell me that my brakes were fine.fast forward a month later, my brakes began grinding so badly i was afraid to drive my vehicle, so i brought it back to the same location, where they then proceeded to tell me my front brakes were (1) metal to metal and (2) <1 cm, and that the replacement would be almost $600.i was furious, because they had supposedly just checked them a month ago and told me they were fine.this was extremely dangerous on their part as well.i then went through multiple different people to finally speak to an assistant manager, who informed me that the technician who had checked them last month "did not do a thorough job", and was indeed facing repercussions.and while i'm glad that they professionally apologized and took action with their employee, i feel like they could have done more, considering the amount of money i paid to get them replaced.overall, everyone i spoke to (especially tristan) was helpful, but i am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

Customer Service far exceeds expectations. They are always helpful, friendly, outgoing and fast. They go above and beyond to make things right for their customers. A “diamond in the rough” in this world for sure.

Jim made my experience really easy. He was very knowledgeable about their inventory and matching my needs. Whole process took about 1.5hrs for new tires and alignment. I've used tire shops all over the country. This les schwab is on point

I had an appointment for new tires. Greeted promptly, given a very honest consultation and they went to work. I was back on the road in less than 25 minutes. Smoothest time I've ever had when car repairs are required, I was beyond thankful for the great service.

Came in after having a bad morning. Got a flat and I ruined my tire driving on it a bit. Helped me get into 2 better tires on the front, kept my best 2 best tires for the back, found me discounts on the new tires, got me into better tires for less, communicated with me the whole time, was on my way fast, and waved my flat repair services. The best part came later that day when I opened my trunk and saw they put my jack and spare donut away nicely. They cared about my situation and made my day!

Found a hole in the side of my tire. Put the spare on for free so I could replace the set back home.

Unfortunately, after giving Les Schwab another chance, I will not be back to have any vehicle work done. First time, shame on you, second time shame on me!

Work order specifically gave the details of what work was to be done…. I offered to pay for work…. Wasn’t expecting this work to be free. Your commercials make it sound like you go out of your way for stranded people…. What about your locals! I was offered an apology from my last review and finally felt like things would be different. Long story short I was let down again…. This is the last time!

Sad thing is that I could’ve scheduled an appointment at another place…. Now I will once again have to wait a couple of weeks to get this work done!

I will not recommend anyone to Les Schwab in the future…. And I will definitely not be back!

Friendly staff and they really did good service I wanted to change one but they told me you have to change your tires they said this is their policy

This location has earned my trust year after year. Their products and customer service go above and beyond any other tire place I've ever used in the past. They're are great at solving any problems I bring them. They are happy to take the time to answer any questions I have all the while being polite even if I ask a dumb question. You can tell they take care of their customers and employees well. Any person who does not think they get 5 star review quality customer service and tire service at this location has unreal expectations. I don't believe you'll have a better experience at any tire place in town or any of the five valleys.

I called around to get prices on mounting winter tires on my company vehicles, these people quoted me the best price. So me and an employee take our first two vehicles down and aprently they cannot mount my winter tires since I'm not buying all new tires from them for every vehicle. (Most of these tires came from Les Schwab, and are in great condition. They don't need replaced) They also said they don't have time to do it today, at 9: 30 this morning they made the decision to not take in any more work. I talked to them about 1 in the afternoon and they told me to come on down. Extremely frustrated and Wasted a bunch of my time. Does anybody know where guy can take a fleet of vehicles to get tire work done?

Just amazing. We had a flat tire and drove 70 miles on our spare this morning to get it fixed. They patched it up for free since it was one of theirs and got us out in less than 2 hours, despite the large amount of winter changeovers they had waiting.

Reasonable prices on a fantastic stock of tires.showed up Saturday morning with no appointment & got tires, newTPMS sensors & alignment.done by 11ish.thanks for everything, guys & gals.

This is a great location and the staff is incredible. They are always kind and helpful even when they are slammed and assisting multiple people at once.

Spent over 2 hours waiting to have a slow leak repaired on my driver's side rear tire. Guy tells us he checked everything and couldn't find a leak. Told him we've been having to put air in weekly. Turns out the guy put in right rear tire. That's 2 hours we won't get back and still have a leak.
