Donna and Pablo were such amazing people to work with. Donna made scheduling and paying super easy, she was fast at responding, held the spot for me till I could get the deposit, and was so very nice!:) Pablo is such an amazing tattoo artist his work he puts time and listens and even gives advice as well! Definitely recommend Level Up Tattoo! They are so amazing and have so many cool stories to tell!:) and the cutest puppy ever thank you both so very much for such an amazing experience!

Do not go here or pay in advance because they will keep rescheduling you and never do ur tattoo. They kept rescheduling me for a whole month. So I got my money back and plan on going else where.

Pablo is a wonderful artist and very professional. His bed side manner is also wonderful. I was surprised how much this tattoo did not hurt compared to other tattoos I have gotten in the past. I would recommend him. He does a good job.

Let me tell you, the tattoo's that you get from Pablo are worth EVERY single penny you invest. I have had many different artists in the past and got EXACTLY what I paid for. (all garbage especially as I aged). He has a very light hand, and you know your work will come out better than you expected because he is a perfectionist with his work. Not only is your experience at the shop friendly, welcoming and professional. How your tattoos heal after, is a big deal. I have large pieces that have healed with NO scabbing or itching excessively. Didn't have to put A&D on them or have them wrapped in that saran wrap stuff you keep on for a few days to "heal". Every one of my tattoos look better once they are fully healed; I don't know how he manages to perfect the fact the tattoos need no touch up, but he does. I wish I started my tattoo journey with Pablo years ago, but you just learn over time you 100% get what you pay for and do your research. I really can't say enough good things about Level Up Tattoos and Pablo. Truly the best artist. Worth the wait, well anything good in life is.

This is an all around amazing shop, and my tattoo experience was one of the best I've had. Donna and Pablo are so personable, and they make sure you are comfortable throughout the tattoo. The shop is clean, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Pablo's art is amazing, and the prices are great for the artwork. My tattoo healed quickly and easily with no issues as well. I hightly recommend Level Up!

Whatever you do! Do not go to pablo at level up tattoo. They will SCAM you. I wanted a large piece done. Paid 800 for it. Once I arrive to get it done said only half of the piece was going to be able to get done that day. And they switched up the design on the tattoo as well. Which I was still fine with because I trusted his expertise. Had the first half done. Was told they would work me into their schedule before I moved. Was never able to get worked in on their part. I made myself very available for them to whatever they might offer. I eneded up moving. Came back stateside for a visit and asked if I could still get worked in. They said oh ya. We can def do that. Never called or responded to me. After that I went to a different state and told them since I made myself available over different periods of time and they weren't able to work me in that I'd like half my money back since only half the work was completed. They finally responded saying ya that's doable, im just waiting on getting paid, i'll send it to you. I've tried contacting them for over 2 months. With nothing! At this point I don't feel like I'll ever see a shreed of money from them. So I paid 800 for a piece of art work that wasn't what I wanted to begin with and is incomplete. Thanks alot pablo and Donna for scamming me.

Scheduled an appointment with this shop for my boyfriend, months in advance letting the artist know we’d be traveling from out of town. The appointment was scheduled for all day so we were sure to book a hotel. The morning of said appointment getting ready to go in we get a text that they were unable to get him in today that we’d have to reschedule. We definitely understand things come up, emergency’s/family stuff. Back track about a month after scheduling the appointment I found out I was pregnant, great news, things are fine we’ll get this appointment over with and start saving money after since everything was booked and deposits have been paid. Anyways after texting us that we’d have to reschedule we kindly let them know that after traveling cost, hotel fees, plus a baby now on the way we wouldn’t be able to reschedule for anytime soon, but that we’d like to still do business in the future. No hesitation they “understood” quickly offering to send our $400 deposit back. That was 6 months ago still no deposit back. We’ve tried to contact multiple times each time being told money would be sent back soon, but got nothing out of it. Very disappointed If i could rate zero stars I would.

I have been trying to get a tattoo from them since February 2023, I got rescheduled 5 times, with promises. Finally asked for my money that I had already gave them back and they only gave me my down payment of $100 back and then blocked me from message them again, won't answer the phone calls and won't unlock their doors. Never going to do business with them again, take your money and go some were else.

Pablo does amazing work, if you can ever get in to see him. I've been rescheduled for two years, not ever being contacted to say “we need to reschedule you”. I always have to check in the day before, as I'm traveling to get a piece done. I've been promised to have my deposit refunded. I still have yet to receive it (two years later). I have been promised they “are going to make this right” without another word. The office “manager” makes empty promises and has sub par communication skills. Seeing other comments/reviews this seems to be the norm. Perhaps the issue lies with Donna, the “manager”. Schedule and deposit at your own risk.

I know Pablo is an amazing artist, but I don’t understand how they are still in business. I booked my first appointment a year and a half ago, and after reading past reviews I asked them to let me know if anything comes up since I was driving 2 hours to the appointment. I didn’t hear anything, so I drove down assuming all was good, I get there at my scheduled time to find out the appointment wasn’t happening. They offered me a refund of my deposit, which I got in two separate payments. After a couple more cancellations on their end, at 6am the morning of the appointments, they offered my tattoo free of charge. So I kept making appointments, only to have them cancelled with another excuse, again at 6am the morning of. The appointments were never cancelled with any kind of acceptable notice, always at 6am the morning of. I tried getting in for a year and a half, just to be cancelled on with an excuse over and over again. The last reasoning was because they did not have the funds to cover my tattoo, that they have known about for a year and a half. Again, he’s an amazing artist, but their customer service is not good in the slightest, so schedule at your own risk, just be prepared to be canceled on over and over again.

There is no doubt that Pablo is a talented tattoo artist. My experience mirrors everyone that has given this place the same review. Heed my advice and take your business elsewhere. There are numerous tattoo artists who maintain a schedule, keep their appointments, and don't gaslight their clients.

Level Up is amazing! Donna and Pablo are so sweet and kind! Pablo’s work is seriously amazing and breathtaking! I think Pablo and Derick are the best artists in Great Falls, maybe even all of MT!
I got my first tattoo here about six years ago, and then got these two, the skull and the rose, done recently. The pictures I took don’t do them justice!
There were some setbacks with scheduling and rescheduling, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. I know that Pablo’s work will be flawless and that I’ll get exactly what I ask for.
The atmosphere in the shop is great. The space is super open, calm, and inviting. I feel like my soul is refreshed every time I go here. Good vibes all around!

What an absolutely fantastic experience. It’s hard to even verbalize how happy I am with my artwork. Pablo and Donna were great to work with, and made each session a joy. Genuinely good humans to work with. I would highly recommend.
