We bought a brand new 2019 GMC Yukon from Libby auto in April. Paid top dollar for our purchase and bought the extended warranty. When summer hit our air conditioner did not work at ALL. I called and talked to our salesman and he took no responsibility for it and told me to use our warranty, turns out it doesn’t work for air conditioning. I’m so disappointed, paying a lot of money for a car and then it doesn’t work. Now we have to sit here and wait weeks for a shops opening, with our 1 year old son in the 90 degree weather…. Speaking of which it’s suppose to be 108 this week.
They sure need to pay better attention to the cars and tell the TRUTH ABOUT THE WARRANTY.
Excellent customer service, communication, and adaptability. Highly recommend this local business for locals and visitors.
