This dispensary looks really cute on the inside.has cute picture areas but is one of the higher priced ones. For their sign up program, you can get 20% off your first order. No birthdays, no weekly deals.ozs are charged by the gram starting at $7 to $8. They have holiday deals. Which still put them on the map for being one of the higher priced dispensaries.
Shout out Susan for always pointing me in the right direction flavor and price wise! Always a great experience!

I go here quite often, every few weeks. A deal was posted online on the menu, I went in for it specifically. Told the clerk, even showed the clerk their active website with the deal on the menu… I was embarrassed like i was arguing a deal that was clearly offered online actively… she told me she was new and didn't know about it so she couldnt do it. There were 4 other workers i saw that could have assisted. But nope. She just told me no, and I left baited in by a deal that was denied to me upon arrival.
My experience with Majayla was very pleasant! She has a great smile and had knowledge of product and great recommendations for flower! I will definitely be back to see her!

Thank you to Lionheart Cannabis Team for the response. While I appreciate the time taken to explain the legal requirements and compliance with Montana State Law (which I may not have been clear on in my initial review but I was & am aware of the these laws), I must express my disappointment that the main issue of my complaint was not addressed – the manner in which this budtender handled the situation.
Understanding and adhering to state laws regarding identification is one thing, but the approach and attitude in customer interactions are equally important. This experience was not just about the ID requirement, but significantly about how this staff member communicated with us not only during this transaction but every prior transaction we've both jointly and separately experienced with this individual. (And I understand & apologize that this wasn't clear in my initial review). The dismissive and unfriendly attitude displayed was the core of my dissatisfaction and my review.
It’s crucial for any business, especially in customer-focused industries, to ensure that all staff, regardless of their expertise in regulations, also maintain a standard of courtesy and professionalism. This budtender was clear in his reply and tone that we were not welcome and would not be served (which we understood because we know the law). How a message is conveyed often holds as much weight as the message itself.
While I respect Lionheart's adherence to legalities and the need to ensure safety and compliance, these efforts should not come at the cost of basic customer service etiquette. A simple, respectful explanation of the policy would have sufficed, instead of the unpleasant encounter we experienced.
I hope this feedback is taken as constructive and that necessary training or adjustments are made in how this budtender interacts with the customers. All else fails, ask for Logan - he's pretty great:) Cheers!
ORIGINAL: My husband has a medical card and we were regular and very loyal customers here. Let me say that everyone else at this location is very friendly and good at customer service. Well there's a long hair dude (who's the least friendly) whom we've dealt with a handful of times. I don't recall his name but he's not friendly and is usually too high to function when serving customers. He is also the only one who has not served us when I have joined my husband and I didn't have my ID on me. I am listed on the medical card, we are very regular shoppers, I've shown my ID there many times and also had a promo from Lionheart recently sent to my phone which I showed as well but no service. We ended up spending our $$ at That One Place and I will say that based on our experience we will be happy to give them our business. Plus they give you snacks with your purchase!
Enjoyed every minute of my first visit! Logan was very polite. His knowledge of which flower to choose from for my needs was excellent. As a senior, I really liked how he explained it to me in a way that I could understand! Love Lionheart already!
Super fire Popcorn buds eighths for crazy good deals, Great Staff who walked me through my whole check in with a brand new med card. Literally 10mims before the store closed. I kept apologizing and they reassured my business. Their Gfalls location also has Some super fire bud. Always recommend you guys.
