Trevor capp is the salesman to have. He listened to me, answered all of the questions I had, if he didn't know the answer he would get it quick.

I've have been looking for used Chevy Tahoe for almost a year now. I gave Chevy Lithia a call on a late Saturday afternoon to see what they had in stock before I went out of town to find a vehicle. The salesman found this Tahoe that had just been traded in. He enthusiastically described the vehicle, which was in great shape. I immediately drove in, drove the Tahoe and loved it. My salesman was friendly, helpful and thorough. I had a great experience there. I now am now the proud owner of a Chevy Tahoe.

My wife and I recently drove to Helena from Stevensville to look at a specific truck. We contacted Ty at lithia chevy and he met us when we got there. I cant say enough Ty was awesome I knew what I wanted he did not try to up sell me into a different truck, there was no pressure at all to buy, we test drove the truck, Ty supplied me with all the info I requested and we decided to purchase this truck. The price was fair and the truck was super clean and nice. We were pre approved from our bank but Shay in finance hooked us up with a better rate and less payments then our own bank could. This is by far the best auto buying experience at a dealership I have experienced. I highly recommend driving to Helena and looking at lithia chevrolet, they treated me way better then any other dealer has.

This dealership misrepresented a vehicle they sold to me by the salesperson and finance manager told me it had a clean carfax. The car has a clean auto check, which they showed me, and, when I specifically asked about the carfax they said it was clean. Fast forward four months, I decide I want something different, so I go to trade. That’s when I find out the car has been touched on EVERY SINGLE CORNER AND THE LID. So, I try to do the honorable thing and work it out. After making a deal I decide I hate the trade and I just want them to buy the misrepresented vehicle back. They decline, and tell me I have an hour to get me car or they’re towing it at my expense. (Mind you into thanksgiving eve and I’m traveling to see my father) When I call to try and be reasonable I’m told they won’t speak to me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. O yeah, if you get Shay on your deal, watch the rate as he tried to steal backend points and the deals had to be rewritten twice…. Should’ve backed out then. Real scummy vibe.

The salesperson was fantastic I knew what I wanted and he helped me find it. The sell was quick and efficient. The down side. I was told that there where going to be checks done on my car that i would not be able to take it with me that day. Personnel shortage in the service center. Understandable enough. However after I picked up the vehicle I looked on my car facts to see the history. This lithia dealer did not do anything. I purchased my vehicle on the 16th of October and the last check was on September 28th. The oil is almost 6thous miles over due. And the deck lid over the spare tire is missing

I felt as though I wasn't important. Kind of got the run around.
The vehicle wasn't thoroughly checked out. I have had it not even two weeks and have to take it to a shop to have a surge problem checked out. It's been doing it since I bought it.

I have bought numerous cars and trucks from these guys. In the past I was treated fairly. I have always purchased lifetime oil changes with my vehicles. I held off a work trip to get my oil changed on my diesel pickup. I went in this morning to find out they now only take appointments on weekdays. In the past it was first come first serve. My gripe is this is not listed on the website. I understand that changes need to be made from time to time. Not informing your customers is a huge mistake. The next time I buy a car it will probably be from a different chevy dealer.

My car tires were not cheched. The light was for the tires. They were so low as 20.and there was a manual in the car which I was told that it didnt come with one. The car was not detailed at all i had to vacuum it and wipe every thing down and clean the windows inside and out. Dee Jay was great. But not happy with the situation of the car. Very disappointed with the service and the details.

Braeden was the absolute best salesman I've ever had. Communication was excellent. I'm very happy with my purchase and I believe good sales people need to be recognized.

They were very nice at first i was suppose to be getting a truck but when i got there the salesman told me it sold right before i got there they said they had a 09 transverse so i said i would look at it as long as it didnt have a bunch of miles conveniently they lost keys so i could not look in the inside to see miles they told me after a few months paying good i could get something else and that it had a 172 thousand miles on it i said ok that it will get me by for a few months then i signed papers and gave them 500 only to be told i couldnt take it it had to go to shop first they called me next day in time for me to get there before closing to pick it up the tire light and engine lights were on i checked miles in the morning it had over a 190 thousand then 2 days later the oil light started blinking and havent been able to drive since its my only car and im a single mom and grandma i need a vehicle thats runs i cant even drive it to helena to get it in there shop and it looks like oil was never changed and all fluids were suppose to be filled but they aren't to top it off i filled it with gas and it wouldnt start and i asked if they would pay fees for me to take it to shop here and i have got no response

Jason Jahn was amazing very informative and patient explained everything I needed to know 10/10 would recommend and Curtis benoit was extremely great as well best dealership in town very nice and pleasant, not pushy or rude like the other dealerships!

The folk here at Buick Lithia are pretty amazing. I did not believe my credit was going to land me in a newer vehicle that I love so much. My sales rep was Kasey, he has a funky attitude that you can vibe with. And even groovier hair to match that personality. He was understanding, knew what I needed and had a vehicle in mind. Between his efforts and Shae (so sorry if thats wrong) I got out of a bad deal and into a better one.

Don't think your credit can make the cut? Just go down and talk to these guys and who knows they may have a bit of magic up their sleeves.

Bought a $50,000 truck from them in August, and they still have not sent the title work into the DMV despite several phone calls requesting it since my temp reg expired on Sept 16th. At this point, my registration isn't listed as expired, but invalid, so I have a $50,000 truck I cant legally drive. Absolutely ridiculous. My local DMV office said this is a very common issue with this dealership.

The process of purchasing a used vehicle here was relatively easy but after the purchase and departure don't expect to be able to get any information about why the paperwork necessary to register and license the vehicle in a timely manner has not arrived at your County Titling and Licensing Office. Twenty-seven days have passed and still no paperwork. Numerous phone calls to the dealership have been unanswered by the office responsible for the paperwork and no return calls have been received. Our family trip has been on hold waiting for the Titling paperwork.

I bought a brand new car from these guys. The entire first month I had it i had no loan. It wasn't until I went to make a car payment that I had found that out over 30 days later. They gave me every excuse under the sun about my paperwork being lost and in the mean time a month later I took a paycut and they wanted to take my car back. They were telling me because I switched jobs and took a paycut and they failed my paperwork.that I would now need a cosigner. They would not switch me back my trade in because they already sold it before even getting me approved for this one. However after I contacted many legal services they fixed that issue and got me approved for the loan. Now almost 4 months later I have a loan but no plates or registration. They will not return my calls or give me any answers as to why or what is going on. The courthouse has put time and effort into this (which is super appreciative) and don't understand it either except that nobody has my paperwork. My paperwork had 40 days to be there. I understand things happen but going on 4 months is plain ridiculous. No this is not a covid issue as other dealerships have turned in paperwork alot sooner then mine is being done.there is no reason for it. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It has been an issue since day one and still continues to be.
