5Prompt, great driver service but I just keep feeling they don't actually change oil or add some fluids.
Had basic service and oil change done. No problem. Comfortable waiting area
Set an appointment about month in advance for a single tire leak and multi point check. Waited for two hours and they hadn't done anything with my vehicle, nor given any indication of how long it would take. Had to cancel the appointment and leave. Makes you wonder why they schedule appointments at a given time with no intention of working on the vehicle until hours later.
I came in for an oil change and front end alignment. They did the alignment, and after I paid for their services, told me I needed new inner and outer tie rods. They can’t align a car properly if the tie rods are bad. They charged me for adding dye to my oil to check for leaks, I never gave permission for, or even tell me they were going to do, with a 15$ charge added on to the bill. They called me about my air and cabin filter, but did not call me about my tie rods. The oil change was more than what they quoted me, and when called to specify bill, they told me I should already know what to ask for as a 24 year old, even though I’m not mechanically inclined. They will never see my car nor will they have my recommendation and I will tell anybody and everybody I know not to go there because they they don’t satisfy their customers. It’s all about the money and you’re out the door.
Lazy service department and they are so busy with out of staters thay cant take care of the locals
