Excellent service and capable, friendly personnel. Great price on the oil change! Air filter and cabin filter parts were on the high side. Nevertheless, Lithia Toyota will be my go-to for work on my Lexus GX460.

Service is on time and competitively priced. They also suggest recommended service and recall review at each visit. Have not been successful with online scheduling but phone contact gets it done.

I’ve been taking my 2020 Toyota Tundra to Lithia Toyota of Missoula for all factory recommended service, oil change, tire rotation and balance, cabin filter and 25k servicing, very happy with the service, wait times have been short,

A few times I had to jump start the pickup and one of the service guys told me at night keep the key at least 15’ away from the vehicle, that seemed to take care of it,

I had my 10K service scheduled. In the meantime, a local body shop took my vehicle to Lithia to calibrate front end sensors subsequent to body repairs after an accident. Lithia took the initiative to proceed with my scheduled service and multi-point inspection while they had my vehicle. This saved me a full day of downtime and reassured me that nothing was wildly amiss after substantial front-end work by the body shop. Great job and thank you!

Always professional and as fast as possible. Our service was much quicker than anticipated which made the entire experience even better. We drive 2.5 hours each way to enjoy this service department and they are always worth it!

Good service. They seem quite busy, but communication during the service process was good. They told me optional things that could be fixed, vs.things I would probably need to address in the future.

Everyone was courteous and friendly. They got my truck all taken care of to my satisfaction, and had a nice surprise in it for me too! My spare keyfob was available, and they got that hooked up for me!

After a year, they finally drove my car after the service was completed so my tire light went out. I appreciate him doing that! I was worrying for an entire year because I bought tires from them and was concerned that they were not wearing properly because the light was saying there was a problem.
