I have been there a few times for myself and my family. They always mess up the bill and always send me prescriptions through the VA that I implicitly told them not to send me.

I recently went to the Emergency Room because it turns out I was allergic to some medication I was being prescribed (which they didn’t find out, the Bozeman hospital found out). The nurses and everyone were treating me very poorly because of my past. They weren’t helping at all, and i was in the worst pain possible. I was screaming and crying, and they did not help me in any way. They took blood work and said they’d get results in 20 minutes, and never told me the results. The nurse actually ended up hitting me. I can’t remember her name but she is blonde, skinny, and wears a tight pony tail. This was the absolute worst experience i’ve ever endured. I was scared I was going to die, and was in so much pain. The fact that they didn’t even treat me and didn’t even care to figure out what was wrong with me is super sad. I had to go to Bozeman where they instantly knew what was wrong, and treated me with a ton of respect. I do not recommend going here for an emergency ever!

I had surgery in this hospital a few years back. The bed side manner was atrocious. The Dr was rude and the OR wasn't very clean. The Dr gave the impression she was far above everyone in the hospital. Sorry but patients are just as educated as this awful woman if not more so and she walks around a if she's a gift to society. She was vile rude and incompetent. I had s follow up appointment and was referred to a specialist in bozeman and she wasn't any better. I believe I was sent there from Livingston in order to be put down and recieve more inadequate care in order to keep people in their place and I know it was all based on my insurance. They didn't like it so they treated me according to their bias.

I want to thank all the ER doctors, nurses, tech's, all the wonderful professionals who took such wonderful care of me while helping me battle COVID. The meals I was served were wonderful to. You are all Rock Stars

My husband and I have both had a great experience with a wide variety of doctors. We’ve each see our own family practitioner and we love them both. Both caring, kind and helpful. We’ve both been to physical therapy for two different reasons and received great treatment and the facility has beautiful views and very big and well equipped. We both have had imagining and X-rays done quickly. My husband broke his wrist and had to go to ER that had him out in less than an hour and followed up with a great orthopedist. AND he’s gone to see the visiting ear, nose and throat doctor and had a great experience. Plus there is never a wait. Highly recommend this medical building’s services! I

Pretty disappointed took my son here after taking him to urgent care and the Er doc looked at the notes and really didn’t do a full evaluation? Said he couldn’t feel that he was backed up and left it at that took my 3 yr old to a new pediatrician over in Bozeman he is in fact backed up as a parent 9 times out of ten a parent knows poor baby has been complaining about pain and his butt hurting parents don’t take your children here or to the urgent care they dismiss all concerns I can only imagine how bad it could of gotten has I listened and not gotten a THIRD opinion this hospital is trash when it comes to kids and it’s disgusting

Over a year ago I was in LHC for IV antibiotic treatment post surgery. They decided, without telling me, to reduce my pain medication. This resulted in constant pain, lack of appetite, inability to sleep. A few months later I underwent an ultrasound guided needle aspiration which was done incorrectly, so I had to go through this again. Last week I had the aspiration done again only to learn after 4 days they decided it was clear. Slow growing bacteria need 7 to 10 days to show up. Incompetence.

I gave this hospital one star because there wasnt a way for no stars I was sent over from an urgent care due to my appendix and when I got there not only did I have to wait in the waiting room for over 5 hours or more not exaggerating they took my blood work in front of everyone they had me tell them personal information in front of the other guests as well and all this while they were taking others back to the rooms and telling me that the only reason I'm still out in the waiting room is because there's no rooms open so here we go back to waiting wonder how many more hours I'll be here

LHC does a great job in comparison to other healthcare systems, so this is not a jab. I just wish all practitioners would invite and offer more preventable healthcare as opposed to disease treatment.

Horrible service. Zero communication with providers. You will probably die while LHC and Billings Clinic are trying to figure out how, who, when and where testing should be done!
Today "stealing orders" is the newest excuse for poor service!

I could write a novel about this place but all I will say is if you don't go to Bozeman or Billings, the chances of you getting quality care or your health concern taken seriously at Livingston hospital are 0%. Good luck

Their employees in the ER are always pleasant and caring. I would go here any day over Bozeman ER

Hit and miss at this trophy lodge hospital. I have had excellent pt here but I have had to constantly manage care for my elderly mother, a real nightmare when she has to be hospitalised but she has had good care from Dr. Henry Pinango. Kelsey Sullivan, a PA and hospitalist is not only ignorant of how to care for elderly persons with dementia, she is unprofessional and punitive. Be aware that when a loved one is hospitalised you will not be informed about their condition and they can be given whatever medication the hospitalist decides to use and that medication will not appear on medical records LHC should be more careful in administering medication for chemical restraint which affects respiration for COVID patients. If the patient has dementia they will probably not receive any care for correctable medical issues besides increased medication. Park Clinic and Livingston Hospital have two different software systems that do not interface, medication lists can be different at both facilities even thought they located in the same building. You will also probably not receive a call back from administration when you call with a concern. Recently when I called to speak with Chief Medical Officer Dr. Scott Colemen, I was told "nobody knew where he was". LHC recoded their hospital and services in order to require a larger copay from Medicare customers and often do not reply to Medicare questions about billing then bill the patient for full services. LHC Home Health Care and Hospice needs a government review as far as services and staff. Best to use Bozeman or Community Health Partners if you require care for elderly persons, or you are on Medicaid or don't have insurance. Livingston Healthcare is oriented to young affluent Aspen lifestyle "customers" as their bricks and mortar suggests.

Had an outpatient procedure at LHC last week that could not have gone more smoothly. What really made the difference was the staff & the level of care - everyone was on time, kind, respectful, empathetic and so very helpful. Everything else (instructions, timeliness, follow-up) was great as well, but the quality of care made the process easy & stress-free. Thank you LHC!

They induced me & It took 5 days for my baby to come. I spent a full week there & it should have never happened. I was put through the worst experience of my life. Then when the insurance company denied the services & I'm waiting for the appeal to be decided on the hospital tells me they are turning me over to collections. So not only did the hospital cause this problem but they are going after my credit as well. They don’t care about PATIENTS they care about MONEY.

I like having the warm feeling given off by staff to myself & others who enter their work world.

Most enjoyable experience one could have at an Urgent Care facility. The staff was efficient, skilled and pleasant.
