Loco Creek Grill, Harlowton MT

I've eaten here for a long time as family and business has brought me to Harlowton. It used to be a plain mom and pop sort of place, but in recent times it's been remodeled. The atmosphere is pleasant. The waitress we had on the last visit was pleasant, and attentive. I wish I could remember her name, so I could give her props. I got a blt that was tasty, but my friends both got ribeye steaks. Totally should have done that! They looked awesome, and they both were raving about them! So if you are coming through town and are hungry, hit them up, and buy the steak!

Had a lovely meal at this great place. Think high end casual steakhouse with reasonable prices, amazing hand torn salad, perfectly cooked steak, and amazing staff! The real deal! Best meal I’ve had on central montana in a long time. Don’t snooze on this one!

This is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere! The buffalo chicken sticks are unique and delicious. The burgers are juicy and have lots of fresh toppings. Great prices and cozy atmosphere. We will be back again on our next trip through

A wonderful and filling dinner after a long day on the road! Super nice staff, well worth a stop. Classic (and good) Montana food served in a classic Montana diner.

There are people that talk bad about this place but I haven't had any issues here, the owner and staff have always been nice and the food is always good.

Funky rough exterior, country local cute interior. The beer batter french fries are incredible. The FU Burger is one of my all time favorites. Fantastic Ultimate Burger is a 1/2 lb. Bacon and Mushroom fully loaded burger. Unlimited soft drinks. The wait staff was great. If you missed lunch there, it is your loss. We will be back, if in the area.

Pleasantly surprised - Ordered 2 egg sandwiches to go on our way to Billings and they were very good. I wish them much success

Not a lot of VegHead options, what is there is good. I enjoyed the Nachratios, I may have spelled that wrong. The Staff was friendly and we didn’t feel rushed. All around a great experience.

What a wonderfully quaint rustic restaurant, you'd never guess from the outside, truly a treat to experience, and I can honestly say they rival the chicken fried steak of my youth that I never thought I'd see the likes of again. If your stopping in Harlowtown whether on your way to Great Falls, or headed to Billings, or Helena at the rest stop if they are open, they are a hidden treasure well worth finding.

Love the food, especially the Potatoes Poutine, whenever the place is open. Currently, 6.13.2022, the hours are 7AM to 2PM Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday due to staff shortage.
If one drives a semi or RV, next good restaurant with truck parking going West is Shelley's Cafe in Helena, right off Hwy. 12.

They make fantastic breakfast. Easy restaurant for truckers to go just beside the rest area. Staff is very friendly

Good food the lady to her work right friendly had a great conversation with them. If you're in the area I would suggest you stop it

Wonderful place. Fantastic food. Thank you to the waitress and cook. Prices are low relative to quality. Will stop by again when I pass this junction. Please do not let these Treasures of the State die out.

Thanks to the amazing reviews, came in here for the lunch special, which is absolutely delicious, looks homemade very clean, very spacious, a great place to stop! Lots of truck parking in the rest area, I would definitely recommend this, and give it the five stars for parking and food and price

The food here is excellent comfort food. They have wonderful breakfasts. Their lunch and dinners are wonderful. Eat a burger or a steak! You will love it
