Logan Health Primary Care, Kalispell MT

Scheduling is very unprofessional. The PAs are unprofessional. This place runs so poorly. I've heard that they can't kill us quick enough and never believed it but after a number of experiences I'm a believer. They use my medication to control me.

Hands down the best clinic in the Valley I've gone here since I was little they are always super nice and get you in and out pretty quickly. Trying to go anywhere else always ends up in disappointment and frustration. #1 Health clinic in the Valley or at least should be

I’m not one to leave reviews but felt like it was needed. It’s Christmas Eve, terrible time for anyone to get sick, but my son is so sick I had to take him in. I made a save your time in line appointment through their website for 12: 20. We showed up early at 12.
I show up doors are locked, and sign says closed at 12
Phone said they were open until 5 as well as their website PLUS it allowed me to make an appointment.
The lady who answered to door wasn’t rude but wasn’t nice by any means. I was basically told tough luck and to go to the ER.
I am outraged as a mom of two kids under 3 who relied on Logan Health, our main Healthcare location in Kalispell to be treated that way.
I get no one wants to work on Christmas Eve.but you still had patients inside who were being seen.unacceptable.

I had an excellent visit today at the walk in clinic. The help was very professional and caring.

I've been here a few times now and each visit was quick and efficient with kind and caring staff. I'm so glad to have a dependable location to receive urgent care when I can't see my regular doctor and know that I'm still going to receive excellent and compassionate care. The lobby and rooms are always clean, reception is very friendly and helpful, and the medical staff truly listens to you.

The doctor we saw was supposed to follow up on a Monday after we saw him on a Saturday. I gave him the benefit of a doubt with a few extra days. Never called back. Needed a prescription he said he would prescribe. The other doctor on call when I called was useless. The MA or nurse that originally took my son back who has issues said out loud to spank him as he was having a fit not knowing his background. A child should never be berated by an adult especially when seeking medical attention. I'm filing a complaint with the state minimum and I hope other poor reviews do as well.

My boyfriend called to make an appointment and the nurse was so incompetent Refuse to make him appointment and hung up on him

If you have the ability to go elsewhere please try to do so. This is the absolute worst place you can go.

If It could be negative star It would. This place has gone down hill! I have gone here since I was a child and since Logan took over, the care has being nonexistent. I recently hurt my back at work filled work comp claim they charged my insurance and made me pay copay I never got my copay back. The doctors told me im fine go back to work.come to find out I had a disk injury and I've been going to physical therapy for past 5 months. The front desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back here again and I hope it gets shut down for how they are treating people. DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE

My wife had a total knee replacement on 6/29, and we came to the urgent care clinic on 7/3 as my wife was experiencing some issues related to her surgery. Our provider that day was a nurse practitioner named Chelsea Dunshee. My wife explained her issues, one of which included a question about dosages for a prescribed pain med. Chelsea bristled at this question, stating that she wasn't going to prescribe any pain meds. Okay, fine. Dunshee left, and a medical assistant came in to help my wife with bandaging an area of skin abrasion on the leg she had the knee replaced. At the end of the visit Dunshee returned, and proceeded to berate my wife about her pain meds, claiming that she was on a "massive" dosage (5 MGs every 4 hours of Oxy is massive? 5 MGs is the smallest dose for this medication, so it's hardly "massive. ") and that she was not going to prescribe anything. Yes, we got that from when it was mentioned the previous time. There was no compassion for my wife, which is pretty shocking coming from someone who choose a career that was based on patient care. Worse, on the visit summary she had noted "narcotics abuse, " which will now be there for any medical provider in the future to read. Clearly, she was more concerned about a CYA situation than any concern for my wife's quality of life. If I ever have to go to urgent care and she's the provider, I'm going to leave. Yes, I get that people have bad days, but don't take it out on your patients. They come to you in a vulnerable state, and accusing them of something is unwelcome.

I had a great experience! Lee, front desk specialist was absolutely amazing! She was kind, very helpful, nice and professional! Dr. Michele Taylor is most wonderful doctor! She is very professional, knowledgeable, nice, kind and caring. Thank you very much! I definitely will be back!

Was 3 minutes late my primary care wouldn't see me also wouldn't sign form for disability plates.she said there was no reason.its like she forgot all my back symptoms and treatments. I've been disabled for over 20 years.the back surgeon she sent me to filled out my disability plate form and sent it to Helena. I will be seeking a new provider and filing complaint.

Very rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and incompetent front staff. Awful experience. I would never go back.
