We had such a wonderful time here NYE with DJ Whitty and the people of Lolo. Our Cabin #9 was very clean but could have been a little more comfortable if the bed frame hadn't been a futon. I suggest bringing a camp toilet if you don't want to trek out in the cold night to pee. The employees here are all wonderful not to mention fun and accommodating people. Shout out to some of my favorites Bud, Jessica, JR, and Tom. Our breakfast tasted wonderful and service was good however our waitress (Liz I think was her name) started yelling/screaming at the DJ about how unprofessional he was for not tearing down his equipment the night before. I was there at closing and heard the employees tell him "it's cool just get it in the AM because we am ready to shut it down. " The whole scene was very uncomfortable and unprofessional of her. Never ever berate someone in front of customers! We look forward to coming back and hope the next time our breakfast won't become awkward.

General manager Dave personally told ex employees on several occasions that there was no need to close down the pool and clean it (as required by LAW) after various people cut themselves and bled in the pool area and water directly because it “wasn’t bad enough. ” To warrant having to drain the pool and lose out on money while it was being cleaned.

For ANY cut or abrasion that produces bleeding Montana state law require you drain and clean the pool. They never did at lolo and it was approved several different times by different managers to bypass protocol.

Came here multiple times, indoor pool temperature is perfect for me, around 105, out door is little chill during winter times. Little outdated dress rooms, but does jobs. Overall is great place to enjoy hot springs. Will be back.

We decided to take a road trip to Montana in November. People were like really? November? What a score! Not only was gorgeous, but the hot springs resort was not really busy. The hot pool is lovely and cleaned daily. The big pool was the perfect temperature for a dip even though it was 23 degrees out. We had a lovely time.

A nice quaint backcountry concrete pools a large outdoor and a warm indoor. I went when it was very busy and it remained clean friendly efficient staff. The locker rooms could be better setup.

Was not impressed with the hot springs. The whole place snelled like a sewer. Building needs updating. The warmer spring was a good temperature, but you're in a covered room in a square pool with many people. The bigger pool was 84 degrees and good to cool off in. We didn't stay in the hotel so can't speak about it. The springs are in a pretty area.

Shared a beautiful room with my wife. The area was so quiet and peaceful. Can barely wait to return back for another visit

We rented a deluxe cabin at Lolo for our 20th anniversary.the cabin was cute but very overpriced, the water temp in the shower went from extremely hot to extremely cold with no in between, the light was burned out in the bathroom, and we found out after we booked that the bar and restaurant were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The hot spring was very boxed in and not well ventilated, so it wasn't exactly what we were expecting. The scenery outside was wonderful and we did have a fun bonfire.

We stayed after tourist season in September. It was quiet. The bugs were gone. The pools were wonderful. Shari was very helpful and nice. The youngest people were in their late teens.mostly just us oldsters. Had we been there in the summer it may have been a different story. While the setting is beautiful there were remnants of less concerned campers. One camp spot had a bunch of trash including a portable AC unit. The highway divides the camping from the main amenities.pool, store, restaurant. It's always busy in the summer with motorcycles, semis and RVers. Therefore, lots of noise. We loved it and will stop again.not during the summer, tho!

The rooms were clean and the front office employees were kind and helpful. There are nice trails to walk around on and enjoy the fresh air. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely bizarre experience. The bartender was great, but was literally the only service in the entire busy restaurant. Apparently you are not allowed to use the pool after you wake up in the morning if you haven't paid another night to be there. Bathrooms were disgusting. Cabin was disgusting. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Won't be back.

I attended a festival at this location and was treated very well by the owners Liz and Brent. They were extremely accommodating.

It would be nice if it was stated somewhere that the cabins are across the street from the hot springs.

Festival was great! Hot springs disappointing. Looked like a swimming pool and big concrete hot tub.
