Seriously Lowes? You took out all the staffed registers leaving only the commercial and customer service staffed. Shame on you and your cost cutting measures. Customers should not have to do their own check out. Shadow labor is bogus and y’all know it. Do better.
They took out all the staffed registers at the main check out area leaving customers to be forced to check themselves out. Poor poor decision making from the bean counters at corporate. I may not be a big customer but I am not longer a customer. What a bummer Lowes. I was loyal to y’all instead of Home Depot for so long.
Lowes does a great job of justifying the argument of why to shop local.
Jay and two other workers made sure I found everything I needed for my project! So helpful and nice, they even busted out the lift to check some higher up shelves to find what I was looking for.

Went in the Bozeman Location Looking for Sleds an hour before close and met Travis and Robert who were extremely helpful and got the product for us off the top shelf even though they were about to close. Great Experience and would definitely shop at this location again because of the friendly staff
I went in to buy a stackable washer, paid for installation & them to haul the old one. Delivery schedule 1 they showed up without a bracket. Delivery scheduled 2 they no showed me. I called the store & was told someone would call back. No call. I called again a few days later, talked to 4 people with no answers & was told again someone would call me first thing in the morning. No one called. I got a call from 1-800 Lowe’s saying another delivery was scheduled. Delivery 3 they showed up without a bracket again. They told me they would issue a refund. No refund was issued. I called the store & was told someone would call me back. No call. I called again & was issued a refund. The communication between the sales and delivery department is terrible. Very frustrating to work with!

Horrible, horrible horrible! I went in with a simple question and was greeted by a girl named “dragon“ at the front who started this wild goose chase that lasted for 30 minutes. I then went to appliances to see if someone could help me, they sent me to a completely different area of the store. I was “helped“ by five separate employees who not once approached me. I had to go look for assistance, even though there were probably 30+ people working. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity of being in the store, I was told that they only sell the product I need online. Will absolutely never be back.
NEVER Order anything from this store. Ordering for Loew's is a joke. Their delivery status doesn't tell you anything. The delay in delivery doesn't tell you anything. You call the 1-800 number and it says "Your delivery is on its way. No kidding Sherlock. Where the hell is my products that I ordered.
Staff is helpful and professional. The store itself is good. However, special orders take forever.we ordered a custom size storm door that was delayed 3 times. Then arrived damaged. Have been waiting for replacement and itsmbeen delayed as well. I understand that this is a supplier issue. But Lowes needs to take some responsibility here.
This is a horrible store they give you attitude the managers give you attitude the unloaders give you attitude was there over 4 1/2 hours to get unloaded. Employees are rude and disrespectful.

Once again I decided to order an expensive item from Lowe’s only to be let down. Of course they removed the money from my account immediately and set a shipping date. 4 days later the money was back in my account and wanted me to call to give a different card. Very confusing for normal stores but not Lowe’s.
When I called I was met with that horrible message that leads to nowhere. 28 min later I hung up. I will never order from Lowe’s again. Honestly I’m surprised they are even in business still.
No, I will never give Lowe’s another chance and will make sure everyone knows.
