MacKenzie River Pizza Co., Kalispell MT

I have been to several of these restaurants but was very disappointed in this time. Barbque was dry like it had been sitting around for awhile.
Real issue was waitress. I have never commented like this before but she has something going on. Forgot drinks, got distracted by other people and lastly took credit card and brought it back without running the card. Couldn't tell me if she had or hadn't ran it until she took it back again to check. Not sure what was going on?

It's definitely not worth a 2 hours wait! One beverage offered while waiting. And serve the same menu under the same sign.

The pizza was a solid hit and tasty. Service was a little slow but friendly. I would shy away from the roasted brussel sprouts. They were bitter and undercooked but hey Pizza is there business.

Love Mackenzie River typically, but called and was told no wait, showed up 5 min later, told it’d be a 20 min wait. 40 min later still waiting to be seated, asking to order to go and was told it would take another 40 mins for the food to be made. Left hungry and with an hour of wasted time. The ladies at the front desk were inconsiderate and didn’t give us accurate information.

Wait staff had us sitting in the lobby on hard bench seats for a half an hour while the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. Short staff doesn’t mean you keep customers waiting in the lobby. Poor management for sure

I live in Canada and for me is mandatory to eat here every time i come to Kalispell since 2018.
For me is delightful to bring someone over because the way we've been treated and the food is amazing.
My Mom came from Mexico, I brought her here expecting her to enjoy the amazing experience here.but so sad Emma wasn't in her best mood or what happened that we felt forgotten, dirty dishes that weren't taken away, we got the bill even before we asked for dessert.
Mom was quite disappointed of her experience and I learned that I rather to be taken care by someone else other than her.

If you like Digiorno, then you'll enjoy this place. We had pepperoni pizza, fresh tomato basil pizza, tacos, artichoke spinach dip, and huckleberry salad. The dip was the best thing!

Just ate here. Service was beyond slow. Chicken Chili was bland at best. They messed up our order twice and only comped the bowl of chili. The server avoided us and wondered off a lot. We were so excited because of good reviews but will not be going back.

Great place to take the family. Excellent atmosphere. Terrific, responsive servers. The Rise and Shine burger was great, maybe the best burger on the menu. The Tuscan Penne pasta had good flavor, simple but maybe over priced for what you get. Poutine burger gravy was too salty and cheese curds were too much. Bison burger was a bit dry, but had good, peppery flavor. The fries were excellent, perfect amout of flavoring with or without sauces. Steal of a deal currently with throwback pricing for house salads. Overall, the food is super consistent with other MacKenzie River locations.

Great pizza! Do your research as there are items off the menu that you can order. We like the Madison!

The pizza was delicious. The crust was perfect-a little crunch but then soft and fluffy. The service was friendly and the restrooms were clean. Parking was easy.

Great food, horrible service. Our server literally scoffed and giggled twice when we ordered drinks…and we had to speak up as she walked by to l attempt to get any service, including refilling our empty drinks. Other than that the food was excellent, especially the mud pie!

This is the most amazing view deck with good food and great service! Daulton is rock solid!

We absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. Our server Paige was so unbelievably nice. The huckleberry lemonade is an absolute must! Yummy!

Usually pretty good but why anyone would over pepper a tasty pepperoni pizza is a mystery to me. Italians don’t do this practice maybe learn from the masters. All I tasted was pepper. Maybe better next time.

Very understaffed tonight. Waited a long time for food and then it was cold. Service was not great either.
Disappointed for sure.

Real bad experience today and I won't go back. No beans on my BEAN salad and no dressing. Terribly salty Clam Chowder that was barely edible. Worst part, I have a bad reaction to caffeine and asked for Decaf coffee, which I drink every day with no problem, and the waitress said she would brew a fresh pot. I only had half of a small cup and now I'm dealing with the effects of an extreme amount of caffeine in my system so apparently that was not done correctly either. I understand if you're understaffed mistakes happen. But to get every part of my meal wrong is on another level. Terrible waste of money and on top of it I'll be sick all night.

I’ve been eating here ever since they opened in my area about 25 years. I love the willow creek sandwich, it’s the absolute best thing on the menu. However, now it is the size of a slider…and more expensive! Needless to say, I won’t be coming back…

We love Mackenzie River, but it is so frustrating that every.single.time. I order the Apple Chicken flatbread to go, the barbecue sauce is not added. This has happened to me at least 5 different times, at both the South and the North Mackenzie River locations. It is incredibly frustrating to get our order home, and then see that it hasn't even been made correctly. Please, please, please train your to-go kitchen staff to make sure a dish is completed before packaging it to go. Your food is so delicious, but not when it isn't made right over and over!
