Madhouse GastroPub reviews
16Food iui s bsr food quality.the lighting SUCKS. JUST look at tables after sundown. Oeople dont want to be on spot light.
Delicious flank steak with chimichuri. And the service and atmosphere is like nothing else Billings. Wonder experience.
Food, drinks, and customer service was amazing! We were a party of around 40 to 60 and the waitresses were fantastic and the food came out of the kitchen light years faster than I thought it would.
Everything was amazing.ordered 4 appetizers and everyone of them were delicious.good beer selection.and creative menu.
Stopped here around 2pm on a weekday and it was dead so I had the place to myself. The server was nice and the food was good. I will probably come back if in the area and hungry again!
I had the Pesto Mac N Cheese and it was fantastic, I ate every bite. The chef was even kind enough to come out and personally ask my friend how he could alter one of their dishes to accommodate their preference for a vegan dish. Loved the music they were playing and the building was very tastefully done. Highly recommend anyone to give this place a try.
Awesome food. I never write revue’s but this place is special.if you go be sure to try the shrimp rice bowl. The service is great too
Went during lunch today. Edible but nothing special. Had turkey brie sandwich with chips. The turkey looked like it was from a deli, thin sliced, and cold. Came with crinkled chips - looked like out of a bag. Would have been $1 for fries. $15 for that.
You have to see it to appreciate it. They might call it the madhouse because of the wild decorations but it’s a calming place to just chill. The food is great, they got all the little touches just right. Have a seat and I’m sure you won’t want to leave. They do a great job of creating a chill vibe.
Melissa has been a very informed and attentive bartender and did a great job of helping a wine newbie pick a delicious glass of wine.
I have to say the food wasn't bad. But the way they deceive the customers is terrible. I ordered a burrito for lunch. Our food came and the waitress asked if we needed anything, I asked for some salsa. I mean it's a burrito, it should have come with salsa. When we got the bill I was charged a dollar for a small bowl of salsa. I was not happy, when I asked for salsa I was not told it was an extra charge. Had I known that I would have done without it. When I told her that she just rudely said those charges were listed on the back of the menu. I never even saw the back of the menu! To me that's like charging extra for ketchup for a hamburger! That's crazy! We will absolutely NOT be back! Terrible customer service.
I have eaten here multiple times. Have always had friendly service and they have some delicious food. Better than most places in Billings.
My wife and I had fun eating our food. We also splurged for the desserts. The beer selection was to my liking. Aldo Rowe
I went here to have a drink and appetizer. Unfortunately they don't have very many semi-sweet wines available so I tried the wine based margarita. It was not bad, the food was really pricey for the quality and they only served food till 2pm then go to dinner. I like the service and atmosphere mostly. I'd recommend.
Was seated and not acknowledged. Persons that were seated after were taken care of. Both their drink order and food order were taken and we still hadn’t even gotten a hello. Horrible service. Walked out.
Sorry for the bad review. I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews. Upon entering the atmosphere was ok. The Hostess was very loud and kind of offsetting. We sat at the bar and noticed that the menu had many beer chooses but only listed the brewery with no way to tell what type of beer it was. When I asked the Bartender she stated that she was not a beer person and had no idea what type of beer any of the listed beers were which makes it impossible to order a beer. As for the food nothing to write home about. Small portions for the price.
