MainStay Suites Sidney - Medical Center

I am a traveling Railroad Conductor and I had a contract here in Sidney, MT for a year and a half. June 2018- December 2019. Staying here for that long was great. The entire staff was accommodating throughout the length of my stay. I never had an issue with my room being cleaned, internet or general housekeeping. The stove and full refrigerator and sink totally surprised me when I opened the door.

Would completely recommend this hotel for extended stays.

I spent four nights at this location. The hotel was very nice, and there is a nice variety of breakfast food but the person who stocked it was usually sitting in the corner on her phone. Things would go empty, food, forks. And tables would not get cleaned. The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel. Everything else was great.

Rooms are nice however we have had to ask for towels every night in-order to take a shower. Floors have not been vacuumed. We have asked 3 nights in a row for our room to be clean and that has not been done. We had to ask for a big bag to put all our towels in it and put the. Along with our garbage in the hallway. The laundry room on sit has not been cleaned laundry soap everywhere. We have also had to ask for toilet paper and any other supplies for our room had needed.
Breakfast has old dried out food. First Moring we had breakfast they ran out of big plates and stuff to make waffles.

Rooms were clean and appreciate the kitchenette during extended stays for work. Breakfast is also good with many options available. The only negative I have is that the walls are definitely a bit thin compared to other hotels I've stayed at. I say this due to easily hearing a neighbor's TV or unfortunately some very dramatic extracurricular activities that I wish could have been ignored.

Very clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. I am impressed with this facility. Stayed here for a medical appointment and they catered to all our needs.

The rooms were awesome. Very good breakfast. Front desk clerk was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a year and a half. Great people. Great hotel. When my wife came to visit they were very accommodating with our 2 big dogs. If i ever drive up this way again this is where I'll stay.

The room was clean and the kitchenette was awesome! The staff were so happy and helpful with any little thing. They made the visit feel like home. Thank you!

I think this is the best hotel in Sidney. The rooms are excellent, designed for comfort. The breakfast is good with plenty to eat. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The rates are quite reasonable. I don't know what else a person could ask for. My favorite place to stay in Sidney.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, large breakfast buffet.
I was not expecting a small kitchen in the room, plus the hotel windows open, yay, bathroom is bright.
Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. They were amazing.
I will definitely be staying here again.

Very comfortable beds, breakfast included, in room coffee, full size fridge, cook top (2 elements) dishes real glass glassware, silverware, TV with limited channels, blackout curtains. Fluffy pillows. Dishwasher n soap. You do your own laundry free. No daily housekping but they replenish your stuff and take garbage out.

Rooms were clean and well laid out with great amenities. I've never slept so well on a hotel bed. Staff were extremely friendly. Only knock the toilet paper needs an upgrade.

Great workout room. Nice rooms but the walls are pretty thin. I could hear the people next door talking.

Great place. Loved the mini kitchen, fully furnished with dishes, utensils and pans. The dishes were a bit dirty. Think it was from the dish washer. But other than that was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Workout room in good shape and clean. Great price too!
