McDonald's, Dillon MT

Terrible terrible service. Hair in the food, both drinks were wrong drinks, each burger only had one pickle slice. The lady at the window didn’t tell us the cost for everything and was very blunt.

I had a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The oil on the fries tasted strange also the crispy chicken tasted strange. I was sick by the time I got to Glens Ferry, Idaho. I really think I got food poisoning.

In this case, it is all about service and response. Ordered a Big Mac with mustard instead of special sauce for takeout. Left, but did examine the burger. There was no mustard. I examined the entire burger - oh, ok, one dollop (I mean really small) of mustard on the bottom area.

I went back in, and asked what had happened. Tina, the swing manager, seemed to be almost waiting for this, and immediately jumped in. "The mustard squeezer doesn't put much out. " as she imitated squeezing a bottle.

"Why didn't you squeeze a few more times? " I asked. "It's just the way it is, " was her response. She walked me over to the condiment area and handed me a few mustard packets - do it yourself.

I left, but her attitude really disturbed me. She had no interest in filling the order correctly, and dismissed me as well.

I returned again, handed the untouched (other than looking for mustard) burger and mustard packets back, saying - "this is not satisfactory. I want a refund. "

This seemed to shock them. What? Dustin came over, and was very professional. Seeing I was upset, he said, "What will it take to make this OK? "

I said, a refund, at first, but he seemed sincere - so I finally said, "Can you just make the burger the way I requested versus dismissing me? " He nodded, made me a new Big Mac (it definitely had lots of mustard:) showing it wasn't that hard), and then also refunded my purchase, making it free.

Now that's good service. Dustin was great. Because of Tina - I give a 1 star rating. Dustin raised it - only to 2, because this should not have happened, but he was a redeeming factor.

Again, this is all about the people, not the food. How was the Big Mac? Really, pretty good. And my spouse's 1/4pounder/cheese meal was good (and didn't need to get mentioned till now). But even at McDonald's, the order is about food, cleanliness, and service.

I was told I could walk up to the window and order because my semi was too large for the drive thru. Twice I walked over and was ignored the first time and told wrong window second time. What a bunch of bologna!

It's McDonald's there's nothing you can say good about any McDonald's the food is not good overpriced and I don't like it I only go there when I positively have to

Very dirty-no towels or tp in the bathroom. Ordered food to eat at park. Get there, missing a drink. Go back and discover the quarter pounder had cheese when we ordered no cheese and the slip clearly said no cheese. Ordered a kids hamburger, plain, it came with everything on it. Out of 4 meals- 3 were wrong.

Newer looking McDonalds, okay clean inside but both the Men's and Women's restrooms were out out toilet paper. I was told they "were working on it. " I waited no toilet paper was forthcoming. And there was even a "paper towel" shortage at this McDonald's restaurant so to even wash your hands you had nothing to dry them with. I realize there is a shortage of people to work but.

Service is horrible! They give you what they want you to have when going thru drive thru. Had me pull over to wait for my order and I waited over 30 minutes I finally went in to see where my order was and they told me they gave it to someone else! I guess they weren't going to make another one to give to me!

Took Granddaughter to lunch she spilled the happy meal fries and they replaced them without changing me. Great ice tea.

Had the Buy One get the other for $1 - great value if you need a quick Meal while on the Road

I'm an Independent Trucker that doesn't do Fast Food at much if any.as it was I pulled into a Safeway Parking lot in Dillion, MT.that had RV Prkng. Lanes next to a McDonald's.this was late about 9: 30 p.m. Got settled & attention the last bit of half a salad left in my fridge.needed to use a restroom I noticed their was still some stirring going on at McDonald's next to me so I walked across & low n behold the door was still open & they were just fixing to close in about 5 minutes. I asked to use their restroom & upon my return I remembered how much I liked their Fillet of Fish Sandwich as I was still a bit hungry. I asked if it were to late for an order & without Hesitation the Manager told me it was no problem. I paid for my Sandwich & he then caught me & asked if I would like some fries with it? I reminded him I had not purchased any.but he insisted that the batch they had left was pretty fresh & would be discarded & go to waste. So I accepted his most gracious offer & rather enjoyed my Supper Topper. Very well mannered staff & Management Team. Can't say enough good about their Hospitality. Thank You Again Dillion, MT. McDonald's~

The food was wonderful, ladys at whindow were very sweet. If I ever go back through Dillon Montana I will swing by there.

It was McDonalds, what do you expect. They are the same everywhere and we got exactly we expected and wanted. That is why we went.

Fast drive thru service & food hot & fresh &&& the fries were golden! & tasted so good, oil was changed!

That girl that used to work at taco johns has only been awful to me for no reason. Today I asked for apple slices, was charged for them and found out after I got home that I didn’t receive them!

I am quite a bit of a local. There are times I visit frequently and times I go without on months end. I usually see older friendly ladies at the drive-thru. I don’t have issues with new hires as it happens often. However- around 4: 30pm, 2/20, this young boy was taking orders. I asked for mcchicken and he marked it down for the $5 sandwich (McChicken is less than that) I figured he misheard me, so I drove up to the window and asked for correct order + total. He claimed he “does not know” what my order was and instead of asking for supervisor, he proceeded to have an attitude about it. So I asked him to bring an adult. What is it with people not asking for help these days. Especially if you are a new hire. Not a typical mt behavior. Smh

Better experience this time, hot food, hot fries, cold drink.no complaints, even restroom was open so i could relieve myself.
