McDonald's, Polson MT

We walked inside to order and take out our food. The place was clean, our order was correct and the staff was friendly. It was a good visit.

Restaurant was dirty inside and outside was in disarray. Waited for dine in and found it on the counter after food had got cold. Cheeseburgers had no pickles Ice cream machine was "broken" but by far the worst was the flies. There were flies everywhere, even multiple species of flies. Toilets were broken and covered in graffiti. Owner must not care and neither does health department.

It's McDonald's. We all know what it is. It's not great, but not terrible. It's just McDonald's.

It took 10 minutes to get a quarter pounder without cheese. I was the second person in line and apparently they prioritize drive thru customers over 2 customers face to face in the restaurant. I had them repeat back to me no cheese and half a mile down the road found out they put cheese on it. I was passing through and couldn't just turn around so I had to throw away $5.50. Lactose intolerance is a real thing and a horribly made burger with melted embedded cheese is impossible to scrape off and eat. The service was great but overshadowed by everything else.

Surely with the overpriced garbage food you can afford to fix the pot hole in the entrance from 93. Or do you not understand how you'd be liable for any damages to vehicles. It's been there for a long time. Fix it, scumbag.

Might be the worst McDonald’s ever. Service is ridiculously slow, especially in the evenings. They have started adding onions to their burgers, even when you ask for a plain burger. Often times ordered items are wrong (wrong drinks multiple times), or you get wrong items in your order.

Wrong order again! It’s like McDonalds order roulette. You can order whatever you want, and they give you whatever they want. Except it’s never what you order! Does not matter, breakfast— wrong, lunch— wrong, dinner, still wrong order. It should be called McMystery! Good luck!

Food usually gets churned out quickly. Food quality on par with McDonald's standards. Staff friendliness is hit or miss. There is no playground here, though seemingly becoming a standard. Drive thru is usually fairly quick to get through. We haven't had any order mess ups.

Absolutely atrocious. Showed up about 345pm 7/29. Ran inside to grab fries and a mcflurry. 2 people in line ahead of me. The cashier helped the 1st couple, the next person he straight up did a drug deal with in the middle of the lobby, and completely forgot he had another person he still needed to get an order for (myself). He walked away to the back, and then I stood there for over 5 minutes, finally having to ask if anyone was going to take my order. They put out my fries. I wait an additional 5 + minutes and finally said can I get the rest of my order please, that would be great. Had to remind them of what it was. Then the girl who proceeded to make my McFlurry handed me a cup half empty.

Got it to go, ordered on app, but the place was clean and the lady behind the counter was Awesome!

I understand that it's summertime and they're super busy but the food was clearly old and dry french fries were unsalted and stale. If you're looking to get McDonald's the morning time is the best time with people who have been working there for some time but going in the afternoon means you get younger on experienced teenagers who don't even communicate with each other it left us very hungry and upset

This place is always dependable. It's not always the best experience; typically high schoolers who don't care about how well they make your food or forget your sauce. Regardless, it's always a good deal and fast.

Can't take orders at pick up window anymore. Forget to order something and you have to go around or in. Sounds like an employee did something stupid, and we as customers have to pay. Also, soda machine inside was broken.

Slow but typical service, typical of area fast food restaurants in comparison to more populated states but the food is up to par for McDonald's and average for drive thru service speed. Low level customer service skills

I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder along with another meal.the FIRST one I got was completely smushed burger patty and only a single. So I go back to get the right one and the SECOND time, the one they are supposed to be fixing because of the first one, had a LONG hair in it! They mess up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We stopped going but tonight figured we would try it again and nope. Fries were way over salted and when I told them about their mess up they seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to fixed it and took forever. Just for it to have a hair in it! Will not be going any more.

My husband asked if the daily breakfast special contained egg and the clerk said yes it does, so he ordered it and it in fact had no egg, 0! Do the employees even know what they are selling?

In terms of McDonald's this one is very good. Always pretty clean, service is never rude and food is almost always hot and correct to order unlike many McDonald's. So overall it's better than most McDonald's but it's still a McDonald's.

We went inside to order, right when we got to the counter they put the sign up that saying we bad to use the machine to order. The machine wouldn't take my card so we had to get in line for the drive threw. We were the only ones inside, they could of helped us before putting the sign up while we were standing there trying to order. How rude
