Meraki Beauty Lounge, Missoula MT

I’ve been going to Kenny here for a few years now. He’s the best! Everyone else that works at Meraki is kind and friendly as well. Great place to be for a haircut!

I believe each hairdresser is independent of each other and the place is more like an office for the stylist. So the services and prices are all over the place which is really frustrating.

My last service here, I walked into the lounge and no one was there, so I sat alone in the waiting room for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I finally had to walk back into the break room to ask if my stylist, Paige was there. Turns out she forgot my appointment.

I couldn’t rebook at the only other time she had available, so it was suggested to me to check for another stylists availability online. I did and nothing matched for me and some prices were reasonable for a service and some were crazy out of pocket. That’s the frustrating part, the inconsistency of it and walking in and no one acknowledging you. It’s also frustrating to have service prices on a website but then not honor those.

I did find another salon that was welcoming and seemed to appreciate my business.

I had an appointment scheduled w/Paige but about 1.5 hours before my appt she text me & cancelled. She said she knows weekdays are hard for me but MAYBE she can stay late one night. I text her back but never heard anything. I waited a week & text her asking if she has any availability around 5 any weekday or anytime on weekends sometime soon & I haven't heard back in 2 days so far. Funny how I have to give my card info & would be charged if I didn't cancel 2 days before my appt but the place of business can cancel last minute then just ignore me for whatever reason like my business doesn't matter. I dk what I did wrong to be ignored twice. I'm bummed because I really wanted her to do my hair but I guess l'll have to go elsewhere.

My wife had a hair cleaning treatment that was unbelievable. The treatment smoothed out her hair and brought out great color.

Kenny K is amazing. He does a fantastic job while making you feel extremely comfortable. If you need beard shaping, or a cut, he's your guy!

These girls are amazing! I had Meagan doing my hair, and I loved it. I have super curly hair and she did a perfect job of cutting and styling, she even hooked me up with some amazing products. Thanks so much!

I absolutely love the work Alyssa does for hair extensions & coloring. She is incredibly detail oriented and takes her time finding the right placement for extensions & when layering to ensure the best blend of color. I’m also so happy with the color my dark natural hair turned out when she did balayage to blend with the extensions. My hair normally pulls yellow/orange but she got it to a beautiful ashy blonde. Alyssa does incredible work! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I have gotten my hair cut by both Kenny and Meagan over the last few months, and I love them both! They both did excellent jobs, and are very knowledgable about their craft. Kenny did an amazing job making my hair look great while I was growing out a pixie cut, and Meagan gave me excellent advice and recommended great products to fix my damaged hair. I wish I could give this salon a higher review, because it really is the best I’ve been to, and I’ve tried many salons over three different States. They have a lovely atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I was super excited about my visit and to get my hair done, the lady who did my hair did a good job but it wasn’t exactly how I wanted it oh well I can live with that. However the culture wasn’t how I expected it to be. My stylist seemed disinterested when it came to talking. I would ask her questions to make conversation as things would get awkward and she wouldn’t really respond. About halfway through my service I went outside to take a break and felt all eyes on me. I looked up and it seemed like the girls inside were laughing at me. As soon as I went back inside things were quiet, I wasn’t born yesterday. This was a couple months ago and I debated on leaving a review but it still bothers me about how I was treated.

Meagan came highly recommended to me by a friend. I was searching for a new hair stylist and I'm so glad I chose Meagan! Most women can appreciate how challenging it can be to find, and trust, someone new. Meagan did not disappoint. I knew from the moment I met her, she would do wonders on my hair! I am so pleased with her work. My hair has never looked or felt better. The color and cut are absolutely fantastic. She is truly amazing at her craft, knowledgeable and very skilled. Her confidence made me confident! She is very kind and I had a great time! Looking forward to my next visit!
