Great customer service! Very positive energy from everyone in the office. It was my first purchase and they did a great job explaining everything to me and made me feel right at home.

Took my car for an oil change service I get home the same day engine light goes on with a code P052e. I called them to check if it's related to the 700$ service they did. But they didn't give a straight answer. The car only has 40k miles and he told me if you want to fix it with us it will cost you 1750.00.
Engine light right after a service makes no sense. Car was 100% good before.
Not happy at all.

Great customer service! Salesmen were not pushy & answered all our questions. We dealt with Marco, and he was extremely helpful - he listened to what we wanted & we ended up buying the first used Mercedes he showed us. The GM, Suat, was super kind and a pleasure to deal with. Desiree did all our paperwork, & she was with wonderful as well - very efficient & knowledgeable. We would buy from them again forsure!

Every Spring I get new car fever. This year I started searching SUVs online – just for fun. I really did not need a new car; I just love to look. Well…. On March 3rd, I spotted the classiest Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 4Matic in Billings Montana at a price that I could afford! It was a beautiful car for a super price. I filled out the online form expressing my interest. Within minutes I received a call from Marco Kuemmerle who was incredibly helpful and immediately arranged for me to purchase and pick up the car. Since I live in Wyoming, I had to wait until Saturday for a ride to Billings. I have been driving my CLA 250 for one week now and I have loved every minute. I can even control the vehicle from my smartphone! My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Billings was delightful and I recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They are truly World Class.

Even if you're in emergency they will make you wait 2-3 days. I was here for 1 hour labor maximum and they refused to take me in. Not the way MB should treat their customers.

Requested info on sprinter. Was told they would email info, and now 6 days later and not a word. Guess they are doing so well they can ignore potential customers, I mean never will be a customer. It’s obvious Montana businesses have no clue about customer service.

Stem to Stern the service department is amazing. We were passing through town in a sprinter RV and had some mechanical issues. Not only did the team at Mercedes Billings get us in right away, they fixed all the issues and they were incredibly kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

Currently replacing my most recent Mercedes, I really enjoyed working with Billings Mercedes Benz salesman Robert Walker. Unfortunately, his sales manager conducted himself so unprofessionally and arrogantly I've decided to purchase my next personal vehicle elsewhere.

It's owned by Rimrock Automotive. STAY AWAY. The salesman basically pressured me into signing. LOUSY DEALERSHIP.

Horrible is what I can say about my dealings with the sales at this place. Wife is happy with the car but not with the deal at all will not be going back again if you need a car go else where please. They are dishonest and arrogant.

Tried everything to give them our business. Didn't seem that important to them. From sales person to management, they all dropped the ball.

I bought my last car from Mercedes of Billings from Mike Morgan and the service was excellent and the deal was the best in town the only place to buy a good new car or used thank you again for the Great Value on my new car!

I'll call their customer service non existent. Still waiting for acall to be returned after two weeks.and I'm a customer who is ready to buy a vehicle! I'll be working with out of state dealer instead.

Horrible customer service poor treatment of staff. I wouldn't recommend Rimrock auto or Mercedes for anything
